Great hotel and view from the mountain, but not practical to enter or leave the hotel.

Great hotel! The location is perfect for transport by train or bus. The rooms were also great. If I were to complain about something it's that there were a lot of ants in our room. The breakfast was very boring and tasteless (except the croissants). There were also not much information about the opening hours of the facilities. The pool closed at 18:00, which is very early in my opinion. The interns working there are also severely overworked. They told us that they often finish at 3:00 and have to get up again at 7:00 to go to work. That's actually insane. Besides that, everything about our stay was perfect. The pool, the staff, the cleaning and the facilities are great. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Not a great place... its like staying on a cheap cruise ship on land

This hotel was a zoo. Unbeknownst to us, this hotel offers an all inclusive option and caters to young families. This is not a place to go if you are looking for a relaxing or romantic experience. The hotel is old, probably built in the 60’s and hasn’t changed since. Very outdated. The beds are extremely uncomfortable - you can feel every spring. And each time you turn over, you can hear the crinkle of the plastic mattress cover. The breakfast buffet was poor…better food at a school cafeteria. The pool was filled with smokers, domestic arguments, and screaming children. Choose a different hotel, unless you like chaos and unrest.

Belle situation. Mais meriterait une mise aux gouts du jour. Le restaurant buffet est plus une cantine qu un restaurant avec du personnel tres peu souriant ... 4 * par les equipements seulement.

Very clean, quiet and lots of entertainment.

Had an amazing vacation. The room was amazing with our Sea view. The staff was very helpful. The only thing I think could be improved upon is the breakfast was always just plain could be spiced up a little bit.

Hôtel situé en haut d'une colline avec une belle vue. Pas très loin de téléphérique donc pratique. Chambre spacieuse, propre avec un balcon. Restauration du soir sous forme de buffet. Très correct mais ferme l'accès à 21h00. On est arrivé 10mn avant la fermeture et les plats commençaient à être débarrassés. On s'est donc un peu précipité. Petit déjeuner sous le même format mais pas bon. Gros hôtel donc beaucoup de monde et usine.

Bellissimo hotel con veduta mozzafiato sulla baia di Letojanni e Taormina, personale professionale e gentile, ottimo ristorante con cena a buffet, piscina e vasche idromassaggio disponibili, con un ascensore esterno su binario e un altro ascensore si arriva al livello della strada, ottima soluzione per le esigenze degli ospiti.

Mi hanno chiesto di pagare tessera club per una notte non prevista in fase di prenotazione

Tired, catering for the masses

We were a little confused about the parking and location of the resort. You can park at the resort for five euro or if you find a spot within the white line, it’s free. You can also park near the lift at the bottom of the mountain but that parking is not owned by the hotel. There isn’t anywhere to get drinks at the resort besides the bar. Also if you miss lunch and 2pm passes, there isn’t anywhere to eat. We enjoyed the terrace and the views. The beach and pool were also nice. The funicular was broke when we got there and we actually got stuck inside with the maintenance man. It was a little traumatic.

Hotel is better than how it looks from it’s exterior. Our room had the best views. Pool areas are amazing. Breakfast had plenty of selection. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Bon séjour. Petit bémol il faut être au restaurant avant 19.00 h car à partir de 19.30 il n’y a plus rien. Nous n’avons pas eu le problème matin car partis de bonne heure.

Staff rude in kitchen and restaurant Food at breakfast buffet was not fresh. Fruits were rotten and they put them back next day Desserts were good for the Easter supper buffet No amenities in rooms Mattresses are springy and need new ones No pillow menus I consider this hotel 2 stars.
