No pool

A very unique property! It was beautiful and hot lots of great decor and paintings to check out!

The hotel was, clean, friendly, well located, an overall good spot. It was a little disappointing that the pool closed for the season the day we arrived as the temperature was 30, other than, we had a great Time!

We had to ask for WiFi access and the promised bottle of wine Breakfast a huge disappointment compared to other places we stayed

Stannade bara ett dygn. Ett äldre hotell som håller sig väl med dåtidens moderniteter, kan tycka att rumsnumret som lyser på golvet! I mörka korridorer kan vara svårt för äldre personer att se och hitta kanske skulle uppdateras med ljusare korridorer och nummer på dörrar.

The hotel was really nice and the room clean and spacious even though didnt have a balcony and didnt have any great view. As i can tell they had empty rooms so i cant tell why they didnt offer us any of the nice rooms with a view. .. Maybe ask for it when you book... The staff was really polite especially the front office.. The service over the pool needs to get some improvements since it took ages to get the menu n after that 2 order but in general a beautiful hotel on a reasonable price.

Beautiful inside and out. Cabs run 24/7, easy access.

Location, beauty, staff. This is a lovely hotel steeped in history of the area. It has large elegant paintings throughout the hotel. The lobby has elegant, period furniture and is quite large. We always stay at this hotel.

It was a little noisy. My room was by the lobby and elevator. I could hear people above me and outside my room. It wasn’t so bad. I would stay there again.

The hotel is a short walk to the town, but there were coffee shops and a few places to eat very close to the hotel. The only bad thing about the hotel which didn’t bother me too much is that you can hear people outside of the room and above. I was in the first room room by the elevator 1st floor. I would stay there again.

Unpersönlicher Check In. Flure zum Zimmer haben kein Licht. Alles sehr alt. Sauberkeit ungenügend. Frühstück lecker, aber wenig Personal vorhanden.

Great overall!

Unfortunately the SPA and Gym were shut and that was one of the main reasons for choosing the hotel. The pool was amazing and a great relief from the heat. There seemed to be some mixup with the reservation and the front desk staff were not helpful especially for a 5 star hotel, they finally addressed the issue and seemed to blame Hotels.com rather than take responsibility. I would not stay there again
