We checked in late at night and the guy at the desk was very nice. Once we checked in we realized how dirty the room was. The kitchen floor was sticky and the corner of the bathroom floors were covered in dirt and dust. There were earwigs in the sink drain. The next morning we had a cockroach crawling across the kitchen floor. We check out and they were nice to give us our money back so we can go to another hotel.

The room was very roomy and was great for working in the room.

Room was clean, but had a lot of noticeable wear & tear. Also should have included breakfast in the price paid

I did not stay at the property because it was no room available. So, I can not rate anything about the property. But I would like my money put back in my account. Expedia took money out of my account for a place I did not stay. They did not have any rooms and Expedia was supposed to had canceled that booking but you did not. Please give me my money back or I am going to sue this company. The property was not terrible but this booking service is terrible.

Had an ok experience. Unfortunately we were given a room that was not a king bed. Management did try to accommodate us. The recliner in our room was broken so that was unfortunate and we couldn’t use it
