I was VERY disappointed in the overall stay at Waterfront Inn. The room was sticky, window air-conditioning was loud, spider webs in all corners, stained sheets, light in the bathroom didn't work. They put a lamp in there to see. The room smelled weird and parking was also terrible.

The beds didn’t have fitted sheets. Most outlets didn’t work. 1 that did work had a broken cover. Lights didn’t work. Shower had two holes. 1 hole had tape over it. The exhaust fan was filthy

It was ok for a last minute over night stay. Was very out dated.

It room was not clean. Couldn't enjoy the pool cause it was dirty.

Picture is incorrect -we get room in motel facility, advertised picture is only for 3 houses rest is motel, not nice

On the web site when u order, u see a picture of cabins and inside pictures are also of cabins. In reality it is motel with completely different looking rooms interior and just 3 cabins on the beach. Motel rooms are dirty and disgusting. Carpels smells horrible.

Nice place to stay in Mackinaw city

The room was clean and adequate but the bed was very uncomfortable. Would have been nice to have a small coffee maker available. For the cost I didn't expect much more.

The property was filthy. It had mold in the bathroom, the towel bars were falling off the wall, and there were stains on the walls. The room was on a second floor, accessible from an outdoor balcony. It was night when we arrived, there were no outdoor lights, and the steps were broken. I ended up falling and hurting myself because of the broken step and the darkness. We found another motel and moved the next morning. I dont believe this place should be open, the safety violations alone warrant shutting it down.

Our room was clean, but the decor was dated. There was too much in the room which made it feel very crowded. My kids used the pool. They didn't stay long stating it did not seem very clean (older kids, I didn't see it). It served our needs of a place to stay for one night, but it would not be my choice for a extended stay.

Bed was extra firm, cable did not work properly and the air conditioning unit was extremely loud and not that cold. It was an okay hotel, but not worth the price.

Good, inexpensive, all I needed for an overnight stay in transit.

Very outdated , wasn’t clean to my standards and we had bugs in our room due to the poor doorway and open space it left on the bottom. The mattress was uncomfortable.

I liked the view

Truly the only issue I had with this place, considering it’s a pit stop, was the bed. Hard as a darn rock. Come on guys. It’s 2025 lol otherwise it was perfect for what we needed it for!

The motel room section we were assigned was messy outside, no entry lighting. It had been raining and the Carpet was wet - either due to rain &/or the fridge leaked.

I booked a deluxe king bedroom but was given a room with 2 queen beds. The towel had a big show mark on it. Someone stepped on it and it wasn't washed. There were many bugs in the room and the comforters had a stinking smell.

The view at this hotel was spectacular! Clean and we loved that up north feeling.
