Great location for rail station and east tram to anywhere in city.

Recently had a two night stay at this hotel. It's only redeeming features are its location (across the street from the central station) and its really powerful AC. That's where it ends. The hotel is old and tired and decor is very dated. The actual room was more akin to a university dorm room than a hotel. The single beds were incredibly comfortable and the bedding, the bottom sheet in particular was akin to the disposable paper that covers a medical exam room table. The pillow felt like it was the size of a sofa cushion and kept falling on the floor throughout the night from the gap between the head of the bed and wall. The walls are paper thin and therefore you hear everything. We heard every word exchanged by what we think were three different male voices. They were loud to the point it felt like they were actually in our room. The hotel had a sign on the desk at check-in station that rooms were only serviced based on guest request but did not offer how that should be communicated. Bizarrely, there wasn't even a door hanger that's standard in every hotel I've ever stayed in (unless the hotel uses a digital / electronic panel / system) to communicate our wishes i.e. please make up room, DND, etc. I can't speak for their breakfast as I didn't have it. If you are looking for a place to sleep and care about nothing else, this will do. If you have a stay more than a day or two and wish to get a good night's sleep, I'd look elsewhere.

Located opposite the main station (Wroclaw Glowny) and close to the airport bus stop, this historic hotel retains a host of original and well-maintained features. The room was large, the beds comfortable with a quiet stay adding to an enjoyable visit. Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold food. I slept well and found the range of snack food outlets nearby useful too. Good value.

Polite staff they spoke english which is always a plus

Perfect location to the train and city and price was excellent for one night.

Bathroom flier is very slippery! and there are no rugs in there do be very careful. Good in the restaurant was just ok . Staff at the front desk was only ok. They didn’t smile to great you or to let you know things until you actually asked them . It was very close to the train station, just across the street . The street buses run all night so you can hear them.

Literally across the street from the train station. Very convenient for a solo traveller.

The location is right across the main train station. The room was clean however the mattress had a depression at the head side. I asked the front desk the next morning to rotate the mattress and they did but it houldn't have been used to start with. The decor is very dark and room was very small. Reminds you of hotel rooms shown in western movies. The reception area was also dark. Very depressing hotel. Can't figure out why it has such a high customer rating. I did not have breakfast so can't comment on that.

Overall we were happy with location and amenities. The only minus would be layout of twin room we were staying in. Very chunky wardrobe right at the entrance.

We got an early check in. Thank you very much. The bathroom was really nice and very comfortable bed. The room was very basic. Breakfast was great Saturday not so good Sunday, sadly. Overall quite satisfied. We did feel welcome but could be nice if the receptionists were smiling and more "approachable".

Excellent hotel. The decor in the room was a little bashed and battered but the bathroom brand new and spotlessly clean. Staff very nice and the breakfast was great, lots of choice which is unusual these days with a breakfast included in the price. Really enjoyed my stay. Only downside is the noise of the trams outside. However, it didn’t wake me at night so no problem really.

Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. If you are a light sleeper request room away from the Main Street as you can hear the traffic outside.

Central, convenient location. Room was good, beds comfy, good shower room - would recommend. Background traffic noise unavoidable in such a location but it died down at night and did not disturb my sleep.
