Friendly, helpful front desk. Clean room, comfy bed.

Lovely hotel, very central to access all parts of Cornwall. A good hearty breakfast sets you off on your way for a day exploring…

Breakfast was superb! The pool is such a fantastic addition and we made sure we enjoyed it as often as possible! The staff are absolutely brilliant - always smiling and always helpful - we will definitely be looking to return! Huge thanks to the new owners and their team for a really lovely couple of days 😀

Nice location in the town. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower bathroom, decent shower. Hospitality tray well stocked. Definitely would stay again. Didn't try the breakfast. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Nice clean room and bathroom

The rooms are always meticulously clean and the property is well maintained. Having reintroduced the full english breakfast in a traditional sense the property has regained our commitment to booking a bed with breakfast rate. The staff are always very friendly and the hotel is perfectly located not only to see what Lostwithiel has to hold but for accessing other towns and villages in Cornwall.

Very clean, friendly staff, easy parking …couldn’t fault it.

This was our second visit to the hotel and again, we had a wonderful time. We stayed in Room 9 with our dog and 2 children which is a beautiful room. The staff again were lovely and Amir, the new manager, was very kind and friendly, ensuring always that we were having a great stay. We used the pool every morning and evening and was always warm. We love the hotel not only due to all of this but because it is in a great location to go off and explore Cornwall East, West and North. We will be back soon.

per chi conosce l'Inghilterra sa quanto è complicato avere una struttura perfetta. Questa in generale è promossa. lato pulizia si potrebbe fare meglio e anche le condizioni della camera non era al top (ad esempio la lampada sul comodino era mezza rotta). lato dimensioni camera diciamo che era al limite considerando che non c'era neanche l'armadio. il bagno decentemente grande soprattutto la doccia. lato personale professionale e disponibile. ottimo il parcheggio a disposizione dei clienti. la consiglio.

The staff were welcoming. Room was clean, good amenities. Dog friendly nig bonus, liked the idea of having our own entrance, rather than having to go through hotel. Ideal location.

Th staff were amazing, from the manager accommodating my late checkin and giving me a complimentary delicious breakfast, and to the breakfast staff being so polite and friendly. Thank you, looking forward to my next stay

Very helpful staff. Great room for families with separate children's sleeping area. Lots of options for freshly cooked breakfast. We didn't get to try the pool but I was assured it's 30°c for when we do. Will look to stay again when local
