Right in the center of the old town and next to the beach it was an amazing last minute booking.

Nico was amazing!! He was helpful, friendly. When the AC wasn't working, he came up immediately and fixed the problem. The location is good for old town and lots of things walkable. And even if the room is dated a bit, this property is still worth the nightly rate. The beach near here isn't the greatest.

L’accueuil, la gentillesse, l’aide ainsi que les infos ont été excellentes!!!!! Très très près de l’eau, en plein coeur de la vieille ville!!! Suuuper!!! Merci!!!!

Location, is key. Though parking was a stated as free, it was street parking. Little bit of an interesting drive. If you aren't use to driving on small European streets just be careful. Otherwise great place to stay.

The owner of the hotel was super nice. He offered us pickled anchovies he bought from a local fisherman and homemade Cretan raki as a welcome gesture. He was super helpful with tips about Chania. I'd go to that hotel anytime for this guy. Such a pleasure.

Attenti alla camera 105, direttamente nella hall e nel bar, potete immaginare i rumori. Per non farci mancare niente la finestra dava direttamente sul marciapiedi della strada di ingresso all'Hotel.

Perfect for our needs, fabulous location, a simple comfy hotel room, no frills, reasonably priced. We diidn't need any frills - if you want frills and want to spend time in your hotel, then I would recommend you spend a whole lot more money and get one of the fancy ones. This is very reasonably priced, and for anybody that's simply wants to run as a place to sleep keep that stuff bathed in the morning in a nice clean and comfortable environment, and spend the rest of the time out enjoying the wonderful local offerings, this is a perfect hotel.

Hotel essenziale ma pulito, situato in ottima posizione, a piedi si raggiungono tutti i punti fondamentali della città, specialmente il centro storico è il porto veneziano. Personale disponibile, hanno pensato loro ad organizzarmi il noleggio dell'auto direttamente in hotel.

Far away from bus stand not walking distance Owner unfriendly, average place very pricy Room was very small . Nothing to talk about place There are other much cheaper places than this one half the price than this one and much nicer , we explored the island and found out much nicer hotels close to town and walking distance to bus station I won't recommend it

Compact family hotel nicely placed within 20yards of the sea front and a short stroll to the town centre. Rooms are very clean and tidy although the bathrooms are rather small. The hotel owner is very welcoming and extremely helpful. We both thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay there and would definitely return.

Very helpful owner helped us with all information we required about bus stops to the airport , eating out and even gave us a map. The room was comfortable, the owner upgraded us as there weren't any of the other rooms left which was great. I would say , the upstairs made noises all night , unfortunately the furniture needs pads on the legs etc so when people move furniture it doesn't make a disturbing noise. Hence didn't have a great sleep due to the upstairs noise. Otherwise a terrific hotel right on budget in a great location.
