Great reception and service for tired travellers

Perfect for my business trip to the area

Very clean and comfortable.

Everything was just excellent, young lady on reception extremely polite and helpful. The hotel is a throw back to the good old fashioned days. Spotlessly clean and a wonderful full breakfast 10 out of 10 Regards Charles

Great staff and nice breakfast. If you need a firm mattress send your request in advance and they will hook you up!!

The room was very expensive for a room only. I even had to pay an extra £15 on check in as i accidently booked for 1 person instead of 2 which suprised me as it was the same room. The man who checked me in wasnt very friendly when i queired the ĺll

Fabulous stylish small friendly hotel on the edge of the lovely town of Congleton. Clean, elegantly decorated room with all the finishing touches you could want (including cotton wool pads for removing makeup which I always forget!). Tasty breakfast choices, bar and beautiful garden to relax in. We will definitely be returning.

One night, late arrival, called personally to inform me of close time. All was fine in end. Nice feeling in hotel. Only problem felt room was on the small side, but only one night and all amenities there. Breakfast excellent. Would use again - 100%.

It was ok. Room was comfortable and clean. Shower was a disappointment. Really weak flow and that is the one thing (next to a comfy clean bed) that you need on a one night overnight work trip.

Easily one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. I found the bed to be very comfortable and the service friendly. Only a 10 minute or so walk into Congleton town centre.

Staff were very helpful and polite. Unfortunately, on the coldest night of the year so far, the central heating was switched off in the night. It was so cold that it was unbearable. Also, for the rate being changed, a cheap bottle of own label supermarket water would be good. No tissues in the room as well. Besides this, it was a good experience
