Staffs were coperative but property turning old ac was not up to the mark rest all was good

yes we had a pleasant week all around .staff were pleasant and were always around to help. breakfast was decent ( there was a gas shortage ) so we were understanding of the fact. property is dated but maintenance is still visibly seen all around. it must have beenn a 5 star i"m sure at inception.

We absolutely love this Hotel. This is our 3rd visit to this Hotel. The staff are very helpful and welcoming, breakfast buffet caters for everyone. The staff remembered us from previous visits. Comfortable rooms ,great Air con and very good location. Just a short walk to the Beach and main street. The resort Manager Ambarish interacted with us several times, even brough our breakfast to the table. Thank you Acron Regina , we hope to visit you again

The property is in need of a revamp, it's meant to be a 4 star, I would say a 3 at best, the power keeps going off all the time, the bathrooms are in need of a referb the fridge/freezer was always warm, they allow dogs to stay in the hotel rooms, but on the bright side the staff were A1 you couldn't ask for better it's a shame I couldn't say the same about the hotel 👎in one word tired

When I first checked in, bed sheet was dirty. Bathtub sinks were blocked.

Pool had algae, bathroom would flood after a shower because the bathroom door seal was broken. It remained unattended to even after I informed the front desk.

Very nice hotel. Very friendly staff especially the front desk managers n assistants Subrndu & Mohammed. Even the security staff were very polite and extremely respectful. Great job guys. Keep maintaining this great standard you’ve set🙏👍🙏

Very old and filthy hotel staff don’t care about their customers. There were lots of mosquitos and flys even bed dugs. I would not recommend any person to stay here. we had to fight with staff to get the room cleaned. we stayed by the housekeeper while they were clean to show them where to clean. Worst experience ever so i would say chain hotels are better.

Hotel is decent, staff is friendly and helpful etc. my only real problem is the WiFi. I’ve stayed in hotels in 68 countries and this was The. Worst. WiFi. Ever. Seriously if you’re going to stay here, bring your own internet

An amazing property, perfect in every way. Ideal for couples and families. Our 2 nights stay here was just beautiful and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful,food in the restaurant was excellent, for buffet breakfast there was very wide range of choice. Property is dated but rooms are comfortable and the house keeping staff are very obliging.

Bathroom was so dirty with water leaking on the floor, room has old furniture with mattress that’s a-lot smaller than the bed. Night staff was not welcoming and polite.

Unfortunately, the pictures of this hotel are very misleading. What you see is definitely not what you get. The rooms are poorly maintained and very dated. The bathrooms are pretty gross. We booked this hotel at a very busy time in Goa and prices were high, so availability was very low everywhere. While it's true that the booking was stated as non-refundable, they did not have a single room to upgrade us to. We were very unhappy with the cleanliness of the place, as well as the service. The breakfast buffet was completely unhygienic with unmasked people even using their bare hands to grab food at times! They should have released us from the booking. It would have been the decent thing to do. Don’t stay here unless you have no other options.

Hotel provided with free WiFi which never worked during my stay. Rest everything was fine
