El hotel está nuevo y los Novotel en todo el mundo son igual, nunca decepcionan. Además, en este hotel todos los empleados son excelentes. Desde la sonrisa con la que te reciben hasta las explicaciones y recomendaciones de cómo hacer turismo por Roma, o restaurantes… estamos encantados con el servicio

The amenity and supplies were relatively short and poor. Less options for eating, but breakfast was OK.

Leggermente rinnovato, nuove tv moderne e con netflix. Mancanza di kit benessere nel bagno (in un 4* di solito ci sono). Non bene che alle 9.50 abbiano iniziato a sbaraccare la colazione, fino ale 10.00 dovrebbero lasciare tutto li... boh.

OK for a business over night. Personal is nice all around. Rooms are clean but don't look like it, old. Bathtub is from last century, floor in the entrance of the room full of marks (glue?)

it was not possible to regulate heating. we had to pen the windows to cool down the room - it was late dec

Hotel pulito, confortevole e facile da raggiungere Buona colazione

Hotel confortevole, camere semplici e ordinate, prezzo giusto rapportato al periodo e ai servizi offerti. Colazione senza infamia e senza lode. Parcheggio esterno gratuito e privato interno a 15€ al giorno. Zona Eur che è già abbastanza viva ma comunque collegata bene per arrivare in centro con i bus 712-778-788 che ti portano alla metro.

Great location for palasport , very quiet area , hotel was first class , modern clean , staff excellent would stay again , don’t know the area very well, but hotel and staff very good

We enjoyed our time at this hotel. Its no frills, clean abd comfortable.

The room was not tidy and the floor was dirty. We mentioned this in the reception the person came, said he is coming back who never came back.

Honestly the staff is quite rude. The bartenders AWESOME! I would stay here just in a pinch of going to the airport but would not stay here again.

We had a room booked, from 2pm, and then planned a 6 hour trip, to arrive at hotel 4pm ( a full 2 hour after check in time ) The hotel counter, greeted us with a "we're very bust, your room is not ready, go sit there". We offerres required information, at counter, to complete a professional, polite check in, but were abruptly directed to sit. We had planned to arrive 4pm, a full two hours after check in, so could rest before heading out to dinner and see sights. The irony is this, is i deliberately and intentionally booked Novotel ( part of Accor Group ) as have stayed with the hotel chain, many times. The difference in "brand quality" to the usually high standards of Accot, was pronunce. The hotel messaged us, in advance, to advise "city tax" but absolutely no mention "they were busy" - perhaps providind advance notice, of late "check in" problems, so we could appropriately plan. Finally, it was our last night in Rome, and wanted to ensure a great, solid sleep before 22 hour flight back to Australia. Someone from Novotel, knocked on our room door gently, then progressively louder, and before we could fully wake to respond, a staff member unlocked door and walked into room. This caused significant stress, for my partner and daughter, who felt very vulnerable and unable to rest. The rooms are marketed as "sound proof", but unfortunately as well, we listened to many people entering their rooms, from 11pm to the early morning. When making an enquiry, non plus care.

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend in famiglia con due cagnolini. Staff gentile e disponibile. Bellissima palestra. Colazione ottima con tantissima offerta sia dolce che salato. Camera spaziosa e pulitissima

Nice staff, honestly priced food but amenities were not 4-star. Heating was not working despite being cool at night, there was no extra blanket it the room, and the bath towels were new and had not been pre-washed, so i ended up with lint all over.
