Good hotel in decent location. Great family oriented amenities. Guestroom is well laid out and good sized. Cleanliness is a somewhat an issue with dust, hair, crumbs in the room. Toilet wasn’t very clean. These were rectified after informing guest services. Didn’t have in room coffee till our last day. Buffet restaurant was good for breakfast. Dinner buffet is reasonably priced with a decent selection of simple menu mainly targeted to seniors and family. Drinks are reasonably priced as well. Easy walk from the hotel to the beach and offers a good selection of restaurants. There are several grocery stores very close by and guestrooms have mini fridge for drinks and items.

Great stay. Great food and spa was lovely. We had very poor weather for our few days so was nice to spend time there. It's a well used hotel clearly. Our room was very nice on the 5th floor. Cleanliness was mostly good but a little more attention to detail for the room and the common areas. Did not spoil our visit in any way.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a dos cuadras de la playa de la fosa. Los juegos del Rockyclub (miniclub) para los peques está muy bien. La razón de sacarle una estrella es que en los horarios de las comidas (desayuno, comida y cena) los ascensores se saturan y no dan a basto.

This hotel is very good for couples and families alike. It's conveniently located very close to shops and restaurants and has two massive supermarkets in front of it. Amenities are in very good condition, nice pools and spa areas. Very clean throughout. Has two fancy restaurants within the hotel itself and breakfast options are endless and decent quality overall. Only improvement point is the elevator system which collapses when demand is high.

Flott hotel, góð staðsetning, rúmgóð herbergi, engin kaffivél eða ketill á herberginu, verið að endurnýja garðinn om mikið ónæði af því, fengum upgrade vegna þess sem var gott.

Habitación demasiado pequeña comparada con otros hoteles de 4 estrellas, insuficiente insonorización, no hay ni bañera ni widé. lo que más me gustó es la variedad y calidad de comida y fruta fresca.

Furniture in our room & eating areas very old and battered. No simple items such as a tissue box or a shower cap in the room. Didn´t offer a bath robe in the Spa, which had several areas out of service.

Cozy and Relaxing. Make sure you request the shuttle 2 days before your arrival and departure from BeniConnect Car Service. Uber and Cabify doesnt work from the hotel to the airport. There is no ice machine in the room floors. Stores and supermarket closes on Sunday. Overall, a nice hotel

Nice and accommodating staff. The dinner buffet could have had more variation, with pork as the «main dish» 4 out of 5 nights. Also, the room service was difficult to reach by phone, but once reached it was excellent. Nice and tidy pool area with plenty of sunbeds.
