I arrived and the AC was broken and there was a fan in the room instead. never told about it at the desk and need AC. the shower as so small to used, Ants in room,and the area around the hotel is not safe, Was approached during time leaving or arriving at hotel. Not safe to stay here. I called Expedia and let them know what was happening. They called the hotel, and spoke to front desk manager who authorize refund and I was instructed to check out in the AM and get a refund for the remaining two nights. Expedia instructed me to checkout in the morning and reserve a different hotel, and I would get a refund. I Asked all the questions and reconfirmed several times because the cost per night was high for this awful place. After checking out and go to a new reservation, Expedia did not send the confirmation they promised so I called them and this person call the Hotel again after I already did all of that with the representative the previous night. All of a sudden someone from the hotel said it was a nonrefundable reservation and that they had plenty of cameras for security. I was already checked out and made a new reservation through Expedia at expedia's instructions and expedia spoke to the Hotel while I was on the phone with Expedia. So I was out over $160.00 had to move and did not get a dime back. Spent hours on the phone with Expedia and now I am now disputing the charge. The hotel wants to force people to stay in their rooms with broken AC and Ants,no proper shower

Hotel senza aria condizionata, forniscono a pagamento dei piccoli condizionatori portatili che richiedono la dissipazione del calore tramite tubo da lasciare alla finestra che quindi deve restare aperta, con la conseguenza di avere zanzare e soprattutto non riuscire a dormire a causa dei rumori della zona molto frequentata da auto, camion che scaricano merce, ristoranti e frotte di turisti. All'interno le camere sono pessime, bagno da terzo mondo, scale pericolanti, davvero un hotel indegno per Roma

Faltou ar condicionado. A equipe tentou dar um jeito e amenizaram com um portatil. Mas a cama deixou a desejar, travesseiros, estrutura em geral. E o café da manhã também muito fraco. A unica coisa boa foi a localização e pronto atendimento da equipe.

Es un hotel ideal para un turista. Conexión fácil al aeropuerto, tren y buses. Cerca del centro histórico de Roma. Esta en proceso de modernización y se nota que los propietarios trabajan en ello. La mejor atención en el check in.

清掃スタッフや受付スタッフの質は良い。朝食もしっかりしてる。設備はひどい。トイレの水が弱すぎてうんちが流れない。シャワーの扉が壊れていて水が外に溢れる。ファンは出るが冷房は聞いてないので35度のローマで汗だくになる。

Room was dated and basic but ok apart from no air con. Breakfast was ok but there was always something we had to ask for - spoons, knife bread, milk. Reception staff were very nice and helpful.

Det gick inte att sova på madrassen. Duschen fungerade inte. Frukosten var urusel.

Reservamos 2 habitaciones dobles. Al llegar tenían preparadas una doble y otra individual. Para solucionar el problema nos enviaron a un Airbnb que les pertenece y que es ‘lujoso’… Es la peor habitación en la que hemos estado. La limpieza fue horrible, el Wc no tenía presión suficiente, oxido por todo, etc.

El personal es muy amable y atento, la habitación es pequeña y hay poco mobiliario, desafortunadamente la cama terrible, la peor cama en la que he estado.

El hotel muy cercano a Estación Termini. El trato con el personal bastante bueno. La habitación confortable.

Gammelt og nedslitt. Ett rom var romslig og OK. Det mindre rommet trangt - lite vindu mot lyssjakt/bakgård og vond lukt på badet. Men man får vel hva man betaler for. De hadde vansker med å finne vår bestilling, hadde ikke svart meg på min melding om sen ankomst, men det gikk bra. Hyggelig kar i resepsjonen. Vil ikke anbefale hotellet! Var praktisk med kort avstand til jernbanestasjon da.

Very horrible hotel! My lady and I did not sleep well for the entire trip. The hotel is old dirty and run down, nasty stained linen, very uncomfortable single beds joined together to create double bed, it keep moving aprt making it very impossible to get rest. There were bugs in the room bitting us as the windows don't shut. All the smoke , noise and dust from the streets entered in our room. MouId in the room as well, the iron provided Looked like a toy, there was only one outlet in the room to use to chatge of iron. This is was the worst hotel horrible. The unprofessional service they provided was unbelievable, even when they were emailed by hotel.com about our concerns the overlooked everything not once did they ask how our stay was. When we checked out I was so happy this nightmare was over. I felt like I was homeless due to the conditions we stayed in.
