Rating & Review Keseluruhan Ariti Grand Hotel Corfu

The staff at the property are excellent, extremely helpful. Soon as you walk in at the reception you feel welcome. Outstanding customer service. Some of the equipment are outdated but the hotel is clean and there is a good breakfast choice.

The rooms are super old. The weather is hot and the air condition is not working in all the hotel. We called reception and their solution was open the window if the room is hot. We could not sleep due to heat. Incredible that the reception did not care about the heat in the room. We wont stay never ever here again.

Just 10 mins from the Old Town of Corfu by bus. Great amenities for a good price

3rd time in this hotel, the room they put us in wasn't very good it was clean but very much in need of an update, it's definitely not a 4 star, staff lovely, breakfast was ok

Das Hotel hat von der Lage und von der Ausstattung potenzial, aber überall wurden Sachen notdürftig geflickt. Es bräuchte dringend eine Totalsanierung. Zudem wäre es schön, wenn mehr Vielfalt beim Essen auf den Tisch kommen würde. Leider verdient es keine 4 Sterne ....mehr

Please dont be fooled into believing this is a 4-Star hotel, its not even close. The rooms are tired and smell rather bad. Would not recommend.

Ausser das Buffet war an diesem Hotel nichts 4 Sterne würdig. Personal arrogant, Klima geht nur halb und der Pool ist nicht schön.

L’hôtel bien petit déjeuner 3/10 la bouffe elle était fade pas grand-chose à manger pour tout ce qui est Transport , on peut prendre le bus sinon vous pouvez réserver un taxi à l’hôtel y y a quelques restos à proximité sinon faut descendre en ville

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the staff were consistently rude and unhelpful, which made me feel unwelcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the pool was filthy, making it unusable and uninviting. The food quality was also disappointing; the menu offerings were repetitive and lacked flavor, remaining virtually the same for the entire week. To add to this, the cutlery and glasses provided were dirty, raising concerns about hygiene. Overall, my experience was frustrating, and I expected much more from your establishment. I hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.

Il problema maggiore è la colazione e la cena. Mangiare si mangia ma non ha grosse varietà di pietanze, abbiamo mangiato insalata, maiale e pollo. Fatti in due o tre modi diversi. La colazione non ha una grande varietà anzi non ci sono brioche e dolci. Questo secondo me è una cosa che devono cambiare per essere un hotel internazionale

Wi-Fi nelle camere inesistente, molte zanzare. Buona e abbondante colazione. Posizione scomoda lontano dal centro.

Great family hotel with easy access to bus into town. Pool area was great for relaxing.

Nice hotel, pool area lovely, rooms are comfortable. We had breakfast included but it wasnt amazing. Balconies could do with a facelift, they look quite dirty when sitting by the pool. View from balcony of airport runway was great.
