Great staff.

This is an overall great hotel. Is friendly family-owned and has a lot of things to enjoy around it. It's one of the better hotels in the area. The staff is wonderful.

Hace unos 6 años nos hospedamos en el hotel en esa época tenía tarjetas para abrir las habitaciones , secador en la habitación, ahora no los tienen, las tohallas no les ponen suavizante lo que hace que sea muy incómodo secarse con ellas. El desayuno es bueno y su ubicación también lo es.

Older building our tub shower had a really weird design had to climb literally into it balmy very nice. Pretty small room service is good. Staff is good. Breakfast is very simple courteous quick tasty. This is a good choice for the money. You can’t get much closer to the beach and it’s well maintained the family has Two right there in Boca grande and a third somewhere else. It’s well run safe clean. It’s a good choice. The AC works good. The TV works good. There’s plenty of hot water.

Excellent value for money. Staff is polite and very attentive, the room was also great. Thank you for a lovely stay.

C’était très bien en général. Il fallait faire couler l’eau pendant longtemps avant d’avoir l’eau chaude.

Das Hotel liegt perfekt, was die Nähe zu den Beaches oder Restaurants betrifft. Mein Zimmer zur Strasse war sehr ruhig. Das Personal überaus freundlich und kompetent. Das nächste Mal buche ich wieder im Coral Reef.

A big turn down of this hotel is the elevator… it is located between floors… you either have to go down or up and the stairs are very narrow and angled which make it difficult to carry the luggage. Location is fantastic, 2 mins walking to the beach and close to everything. Staff is very friendly and helpful, the lady that sell the tours is very efficient and accommodating. Decent size room with balcony but the washroom wasn’t clean properly, the bottom of the bathtub and the toilet needs to be looked after. Dated and worn out key holder felt dirty. You have to drop off the key at the counter every time you leave the building. They do an inventory of the room at check in /out.

Buen servicio buena ubicación, solo que ofrecen piscina y NO tienen lo cual no es debido

Considero no ofrecer servicios que no hay, el hotel NO cuenta con piscina como indica la reserva , solo se tiene servicio de jacuzzi previa reserva y con un costo adicional lo cual tampoco indica al momento de la reserva, sugiero no hacer este tipo de engaños al consumidor

Llegamos a media noche y el señor de la recepción un desastre total, muy demorado para el check-in y no sabía ni lo que hacía

Limpieza y buena atencion.

Es un hotel bien ubicado, para descansar y dormir esta bien. Es un hotel muy básico, la atención es buena estaba todo organizado y limpio. Por mejorar el desayuno que ofrecen. El tema de jacuzzi y esto que ofrecen de zonas húmedas prácticamente esta fuera de uso, es mejor hacer de cuenta que no existe
