Very convenient location in Tokyo and reasonably priced.

自分はKKRの組合員では無いのですが、普通にExpedia経由で予約し利用しました。 朝食会場は眺めが良く朝食の内容も良い。 駅の中心からは多少歩きますが、駅の出口からはほぼ直結でホテルの入り口ですので、天候に左右されずアクセスが快適でした。 周辺のオフィスビルのレストラン、コンビニ、カフェ等は土日休日の所が多く注意が必要です。 連泊での利用で、部屋の清掃が入る度にウェルカムドリンク（水のペットボトル）を部屋に置いてくれて助かりました。

The manager was very rude and the staff did not speak English . And the hotel is far for any restaurant

Waking up with the view to the Imperial Palace was unforgettable. Clean Business Hotel. Free one hour late check out. Very good breakfast well worth 3,000 yen. Highly recommended. Thank you.

O hotel é antigo mas bem cuidado, tem uma vista lateral do palácio, o banheiro poderia ser renovado pois é muito antigo

Very convenient location with easy access to subway station

Subway 3 minutes from the hotel about 30 stairs to deal with . 10 minutes to any convenience stores or restaurants . Ask for park view if you want it we had the sky tower

A very good experience! It is a well located hotel, clean, kind and friemdly staff. Rooms are good size with an excellent view of the Imperial Palace Gardens. Highly recommended.

ここは大変気に入っています。清潔ですし、静か。特に朝食は最高！

内容も充実しており、 スタッフの対応もよかったです。 特に年配男性シェフの対応がフレンドリーで好感が持てました。

アメニティが自分で選べるスタイルで必要な分をいただけるのはエコで良かったと思います。ちなみに化粧水などDHCなのが安心できます。お部屋にお水が置いてあったので助かりました。ヘアアイロンや埃取りをお借りしたのですが快く迅速に対応していただいたのでありがたかったです。

建物の清潔感が良い

ホテルは古いが清掃は行き届いている　ややうるさい外国人客もいたが全体的に客筋は落ち着いている　また部屋のスペースは広く皇居が見渡せる朝食経験はいつきても貴重
