Overall a good resort. Dinner was amazing but lunch and breakfast were mediocre. Not much to do besides relaxing on the beach

Otel çok güzel bir koyda. Odalar geniş. Odaların konumu manzara görecek şekilde ayarlanmış. Bol ağaçlı. Bütün personeller güleryüzlü. Otelin tamamı temiz. Plaj havluları şezlonglarda hazır bekliyor. Yemekler 10/10. Yemek yemek için yer bulamadık, almak istediğimiz şey bitmiş derdi yok. Tek dezavantaj (bize göre dezavantaj değil) kumsal yok deniz derinliği 2m den başlıyor. Ve çoğunlukla deniz dalgalı. Ama deniz çok temiz. Tekrar geleceğiz Sarpedor ☺️

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bathroom and toilet was unacceptable. We had to contact reception and request that someone be sent to clean the facilities. Additionally, the quality of the food was very poor, with extremely limited options. During the entire duration of our stay, we did not have a single meal that was enjoyable. On a positive note, the staff were very polite and kind, and we appreciated their attitude and professionalism.

Otelin yeri sahili temizliği ve odaları ve manzarası mükemmel. Fakat yemekler ortanın biraz altı geliştirmeleri gerekiyor. Personele çok teşekkür ederiz hep güler yüzlü ve saygılılardı.

This was the worst hotel we went to in turkey. All they had was false advertisement. They said they “have market” and “water park for kids”, both were shut down. They said they were not in season when I asked. Meanwhile on their instagram they are posting they are in season (see screenshot). I had to go to the market numerous times because the drinks and amenities they had were so limited. I even tried to tell staff, where is market it is on the sign (see photo) - they said ohh well actually not around. Not only that - the buffet had bugs in the food ! None of staff spoke English, which no worries I understand but it was so hard to talk to anyone, and they said they did have English speakers. Lastly, my husband and I called ahead of time and asked if the spa takes credit card. He gets done his massage and they go actually we don’t sorry , making us go to the market again. I spent $109 on taxis alone. EVERY OTHER HOTEL IN BODRUM LOOKED NICER ! HAD BUGS IN FOOD. SAID THEYRE NOT IN SEASON WHEN THEY ARE!

The hotel is lovely, but you’ll need a car as it is quite isolated from everything.

Öncelikle ilk girişte bir gün önce kontrol ettirmeme rağmen hotel comdan yaptığım rezervasyonu bulamadılar. Tek oda kaldı denmesine rağmen otel boştu ve bizi denizi gören üst kat bir odaya alabilecek iken her zaman yapıldığı gibi manzarası daha sınırlı olan bir odaya alındık. Restaurantta klima çalışmadığından ilk gece deniz manzarasından uzak bir masa da klima altında olmak için oturduk. Aynı durum sabah kahvaltıda da devam edince şef ahçıya sorunca bende çalışanım burda klimalar bozuk diye kestirip attı. Yetkili kişiyi istedim. O da genel müdürü çağırdı. İşte o andan itibaren tatil daha iyi bir seviyeye geldi. Çünkü Muarrem bey bu sorunla uğraştığını ve çözmek için elinden geleni yaptığını ve özürlerini ileterek bir genel müdürün otel misafirinin sorunları ile nasıl maksimum ilgilenebileceğini gösterdi. Kendisi aldığı sorumluluğun farkında olan gerçek bir profesyonel. Daha sonra bizi de plajda kaldığımız sürece kabanada ayarladı. Ancak otel eski ve yenilenmesi gereken yerleri var. Yiyecek kısmı aldığı konaklama ücretlerine ters oranda çok zayıftı. Yemek çeşitleri ve kalitesi nerede ise bir devlet kampı düzeyinde idi. Etten tasarruf etmek için mönüyü en ekonomik şekilde dizayn etmeleri tatilde en çok misafirlerce istenilen yeme içme keyfini eksik bıraktı ve sadece karın doyurmak için yenilen bir yemekten ileri geçilemedi. Sonuçta manzarası ve konumu güzel olan otelin yeme içme ve konaklama konforu olarak fiyat performans dengesizliği mevcut. Ama en olumlu yanı genel müdürü.

So expensive price and quality not fair

Dieses Hotel ist eine Frechheit. So etwas kenne ich nur aus dem TV!!! Das ganze Zimmer stinkt.. Komplett alles veraltet.. Obwohl wir das Zimmer getauscht haben, funktioniert die hälfte nicht.. Kann mir nicht erklären, dass sie Positive Bewertungen erhalten haben!!!

This was a nice family run hotel. It was convenient to and from the airport. They had transportation available at the hotel and saved us from an unfortunate car rental experience. We had the breakfast only meal option and it ended up being the best.

Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü otel temiz odalar geniş kahvaltı ve yemekleri çok güzel deniz güzel ama taşlık ve dalgalı bir denizi var çocuklar için ve iyi yüzemeyenler için uygun değil havuzu güzel ama derin değil ek çocuk havuzu yok sahile basamak merdiven ile iniliyor yaşlılar için pek uygun olmayabilir biz oteli çok beğendik Bodrum tatillerinde kesinlikle tercih ederiz

Keyifli güzel bir otel,çalışanlar kibar ve yardımsever.Masaj çok mükemeldi.

Great location and great view. Food is good. Service however is terrible. Room service wont happen everyday. You would need to call reception and ask for it. NO TAXI IS ALLOWED. you are forced to use their VIP service which is more than double the price of regular taxi! even if you call for a taxi yourself they will deny your taxi to enter to the permitter of the hotel which is insane!

Insgesamt sehr angenehm

Toller Ausblick und sehr freundliches Personal. Ab und an gab es Straßenkatzen auf der Terrasse. Es wurden uns Wünsche wie Mückenspray sofort erfüllt. Jedoch gobt es in der Umgebung keinen Taxistand. Uns wurde ein Transfer angeboten, was deutlich zu teuer war (160 TL für 3 Min. Autofahrt) ohne eine Alrernative (Taxi rufen). Im großen und ganzen können wir die Unterkunft empfehlen.

직원들이 매우 친절해요 무료로 방을 업그레이드 해줬어요 대신 계단을 많이 이용해야 하는 불편함이 있었어요 음식도 괜찮아요 수영장 깊이도 1.4m로 아이와 같이 놀기 적당 했어요 키즈풀은 정돈되지 않아 이용할 수 없었어요 가장 아쉬워요 쉬는 중 해를 피하기가 조금 어려웠어요 태닝하기엔 아주 훌륭해요 파도가 쎄면 바다수영이 어려워요 계단을 통해 바다에 들어가야 하는 어려움이 있어요 spa도 좋아요 지역이 습하기도 하지만 화장실 환기가 되지 않은 구조여서 곰팡이가 있어요...

Excellent staff! Great hospitality and view. The sea is great. Location is close to a lot of famous resorts. The only issues are that the rooms needs an update and feels dated, some minor electrical issues that turn on and off and happened occasionally and final the resturaunt food is just ok but the service was great.

Wifi was not working properly, poor connection. Taxis are not allowed, therefore x2 expensive hotel transfer is the only option. Food was so so but coctails are not ok. Sea view is amazing but the sea was awful, most of the hotels has flat sea but this hotel beach has always waves, it was not easy to swim and spend time in the sea. I dont think that i stay there once more, sorry…

This hotel is not worth the money, if it was half price I would of been happy and expected it. The Al a carte food was worse than a cold buffet, the chefs do not know the menu e.g salmon with creamy sauce came without the sauce, pancakes with fresh fruit and sauce came completely plain. The staff are friendly but need training and need to improve their English as it was a complete guess if they even understood your order and you would get when you asked for. The menu stayed the same for the whole week which is also the same as the majority of the lunch menu so very bored by day 3 of eating so much bland/ cold/ overly fried food (see ‘fillet steak’ which looked like beef schnitzel). The room was basic, had to ask for mini fridge and shower gels to be replenished each day which when we complained they then filled our whole side with showers gels which is quite petty and does not look good. The alcohol was awful I’ve tasted better £1 lambrini as a teenager than the wine they served, the cocktails also didn’t come as they should (doesn’t take basic Googling for them to learn how to make them considering the cocktail menu doesn’t change). The reception staff were rude and clearly did not want to be there. I’m very glad I don’t have children as the kids pool looked like it has never been cleaned! Such a shame for this hotel as the beach and pool area is gorgeous and they could make the hotel sooo much better!
