I give them the best highest score ever, I recommend this Los tambos boutique hotel. Location around the corner from Plaza de Armas, clean room, comfortable bed, wonderful staff, the beautiful view from the rooftop, taxi service to and from airport. The only reason I give this hotel 4 stars instead of 5 is because I was not impressed with the continental breakfast (even though the breakfast staff were lovely people). I need a buffet in order to feel full. For my last 2 days I walked to a nearby hotel on the plaza and had a buffet breakfast at my own expense.

Very clean and best of all friendly and corteus customer service. Very thoughtful to offer breakfast to go, little things make a big difference. Keep it up!! We will recommend it to family and friends

What a delightful hotel!! Great location a half block from the Plaza, restaurants, historic sights. The staff was truly outstanding. Breakfast was fresh and coffee the best I’ve had in a long time. I highly recommend.

Cool hotel close to everything. No luxuary but great and quiet rooftop with a pretty nice view. A 2/3 stars hotel. No AC.

Front desk were always friendly, helpful and cheerful. Front door was accessed via a buzzer which made us feel safe. Great location near the main square with plenty of food options nearby. Breakfast was a little restrictive but tasty. Nice views from the rooftop terrace

Really good location, lovely and helpful staff Only observation was that the room was a little hot and because it faced the street it was too noisy if the window was open.

Excellent staff, clean and comfortable rooms, close to major attractions, a beautiful roof top terrace, and a delicious breakfast included to boot. All you need for your Arequipa stay. If you’re considering this property, don’t hesitate, book it!

First off, the room is quite small. There isn’t a lot of room to move around. It may not be ideal for a long stay. Aside from the that, my husband and I enjoyed our stay of 3 nights. The hotel staff are exceptional. They went above and beyond to help us out with arranging transportation, recommending restaurants, and packing us food for an early tour! The breakfast options were great as well. The hotel is clean and cozy, and in a very good location, just a few minutes walk from the Plaza de Armas.

Central, clean, helpful staff and provided takeaway breakfast bag due to an early checkout on our last day.

The only thing was that there was nobody at the airport upon arrival. I had requested the pick-up service.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. On days when I left early, before breakfast, a bag lunch was provided. Very nice and relaxing sitting areas were on the roof.
