Olimme ystävän kanssa Allas Sea Poolilla keikkalla ja tämä hotelli on muodostunut perinteiseksi paikaksi kun sinne menossa. Kätevä sijainti, tilavat ja siistit huoneet, sekä todella hyvä aamupala.

We had a lovely stay. We arrived early off the boat from Stockholm and for only £25 a night we were offered a room upgrade and immediate checkin (this was before 12 noon) which was very welcome. The room was worth the extra and the location of the hotel in general was also excellent - just a few minutes walk to Esplanadi or to the harbour and tram stop. The breakfasts were great - brilliant porridge! Then when waiting for a very late flight back on our last day, after we had checked out, we were offered free coffee etc. Really recommend this hotel.

The hotel has large beautifully decorated rooms with ample bathrooms. The location is very close to the marketplace at the water front and walkable to many restaurants and shops. The breakfast was ok with the option for a “real” coffee.

Very clean spacious room. Staff friendly and helpful and there was a good breakfast selection. Quiet location but walking distance to city centre.

Hotelli oli oikein siisti ja miellyttävä, henkilökunta avuliasta ja ystävällistä. Aamiainen oli isompiin hotelleihin verrattuna hoeman suppea joiltain osin, mutta tarjolla oli mm. marjasekoitusta, luonnonjugurttia, chiapuuroa/-vanukasta, kaurapuuroa, lettuja, hedelmäsalaattia ja erilaisia smoothieita. Pieni miinus siitä, ettei leipävalikoimassa ollut lainkaan ruisleipää, ”perinteisemmät” aamiaisbuffettien minicroissantit ja -karjalanpiirakat kuitenkin löytyivät.

Great location just 3 blocks south of the Esplanade where you will find a few of the best restaurants in Helsinki. Very classy retro hotel. Wonderful staff. Excellent breakfast. Good bar and snack service. Helsinki is a beautiful and safe city. Very clean! Highly recommended.

Very helpful and friendly staff at the front desk! The hotel is a very short walk to the market square and nice shops and restaurants. Beds were comfy and the room was clean and lovely.

Kombinationen af den centrale, men rolige beliggenhed, de komfortable og rummelige værelser, den gode morgenmad og den høje service gør hotellet til et oplagt valg. Hotellet ligger i gåafstand til mange af byens største seværdigheder, restauranter og shoppingmuligheder, samtidig med at området føles afslappet og fredeligt. Det er sjældent at finde et hotel, der leverer så meget kvalitet og komfort til prisen. Hotel Fabian er et fremragende value-for-money valg og et sted, man glæder sig til at vende tilbage til.

Finland is a green eco country. So the room has not been clean until we asked explicitly for its. Same for the towels. They were really stinky after 2 days due to humidity! In the room there was a note saying that if we wanted fresh towels we just had to leave them on the floor. Very unfortunately when we came back to our room in the evening they were still there lying on the floor. I went down to the reception to ask for clean towels they said I should have asked at the reception before 12:00. This is unacceptable. There is a coffee machine but they do not refill with the instant coffee sticks. We had 2 rooms (for a total of 2100 euros for 5 nights - comfort rooms). Finally, at the checkout they could not find the payments for the 2 rooms that I paid on arrival day. Fortunately I had the copy of the payments. Overall, our stay was not quite pleasant.

Excellent size room immaculately presented, very comfortable bed and pillows. Great size shower and bathroom also. Aircon was not needed at this time of year so no comment there but fan was quiet. Curtains blocked most of the light but have seen better. Breakfasts were well presented in a limited area. Location handy for parks walkable to the station with bags about 15 mins, to harbour about 7 mins, a range of restaurants within 10 mins. Staff very attentive and helpful 24 hrs.

Nice location, big room, friendly staff

Excellent choice when you sre looking for a small personal hotel in city center, yet off the busiest streets. Beautiful rooms and cozy breakfast is served with great products and freshness.
