The hotel is on the second floor above. Thankfully there is a small elevator. Check in was easy with friendly and helpful staff. You can rent a room or a whole apartment. Somehow we ended up with the whole apartment. It was great, spacious, had a kitchen with full fridge and washing machine. Just down the street where a bunch of restaurants. Neighborhood was safe and walkable, centrally located. I would definitely stay there again.

I cannot stress how much we absolutely loved this hotel. We had a small but comfortable room with a shared bathroom (there were 2 in the hall) and while I initially was anxious about that, not once did we ever feel like it was shared. The staff keeps the hotel and bathrooms INCREDIBLY clean; you don’t even get the feeling that there are others staying there. The location is also incredible - everything is within 15 mins walking. We will certainly be back!

Extremely good location for enjoying everything in Florence. Lovely hosts. Old building. Large comfortable room, but no air conditioning and the fan wasn’t quite adequate for the heat.

Im Sommer kann man einfach nicht schlafen. Es gleicht einer Sauna. Die Zimmer sind so klein. Die Matratzen so unbequem. Die Toilette und die Dusche sind auf dem Korridor. Wir haben eine Familenzimmer für 4 Personen gebucht. Im Zimmer waren ein Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett. Das Parken war auch stressig, da der Zugang so klein war. Es war Milimeterarbeit um reinzufahren. Alles in Allem, wir haben uns doch nicht ausgeruht in unserem Weg nach Süden. Wir hätten auch durchfahren können

Chambre propre et calme. Très bien situé à 5min à pied du Duomo. Marco est super et trouve toujours une solution pour rendre service (parking, ventilateur quand il fait trop chaud, grand frigo à partager avec les autres voyageurs) Possible de se garer gratuitement dans la court de l'immeuble hors weekend attention. Dans ce cas il faut le parking en face de l'hôtel (laisser vos clefs au voiturier qui manoeuvre les voitures suivant le besoin) ou parking du marché 39€ /jour couvert en sous sol. Comme précisé la salle de bain et wc sont à partager sur le palier avec les autres voyageurs. Pas de clim dans les chambres. Ce n'est pas un hotel mais genre de chambres d'hôtes avec accueil en semaine et personne disponible sur demande le weekend.

Di sicuro la cosa più speciale é la cortesia e la professionalità del servizio reception che ci ha dato deglio ottimi consigli sul nostro soggiorno. Il tutto corredato dal servizio deposito bagagli, dalla posizione fantastica dell'hotel e dalla pulizia della stanza

Amazingly close to the Duomo and incredibly low price. Sure, it’s no Five Star but the price and location could not be beat. It even had free parking!

Patron parlant français affable et très disponible pour des conseils précieux. Localisation de l’hôtel idéale. Excellent rapport qualité - prix. Parking idéal dans ce quartier dense, mais pour voiture plutôt compacte. Merci.
