2nd time I’ve been here in 6 months- love the location, rooms specs (big bathrooms), helpful staff

Cet hôtel est situé à deux pas du métro et à proximité de cafés et restaurants. Un stand de taxi au coin de la rue. Un emplacement idéal pour visiter tout Paris. Le personnel est accueillant. La chambre est décoré avec soin et propre. La literie est confortable. Le petit déjeuner est frais avec une belle variété. Le seul bémol est l’air climatisé qui ne fonctionnait pas encore étant donné que nous étions en fin avril, début mai. Si non, je recommande fortement cet hôtel.

Overall a great experience. First time in Paris and location is excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and modern facility. Will stay here again, and recommend for anyone.

Dejlig hotel i hyggelige omgivelser.

Close to Opera Bastille which was our primary goal. Plenty to appeal nearby. Metro stops convenient. Rooms were small compared to a more “suburban” location but very satisfactory and up to date appointments. View of buildings and streets below very iconic. Neighborhood felt safe, clean, fun.

This is a great location and really has terrific staff. The rooms are pretty and also roomy. Updated and comfortable.

Friendly staff… extremely helpful with our questions… arranged taxi pick up’s… very clean and quiet … comfortable bedding and very nice shower ! Cecelia was especially helpful and allowed us to check in 3 hours early on our arrival date.

The hotel was small but suited all of my needs. I had been promised free breakfast prior to my stay (the hotel was to under go renovations and I had reached out after I heard) I was assured it was in my account…when I arrived I was disappointed to find that they would not honor the free breakfast for my stay even after I showed them my conversations etc. because the renovations hadn’t happened. That’s in my opinion poor customer service. I didn’t let it ruin my trip and Paris was fabulous!

Excellent service and attentiveness by hotel staff

The room is clean and comfortable. The room service was great. Cecilia from the front desk was exceptional. She was always very helpful in solving any issues we encountered. However, the breakfast could be better.

My first time and in Paris and trying to find the right place is very difficult. I must say that I truly enjoyed my trip and also my stay. This area is best. You can tell you are in a local area with lots of shops, cafe, restaurant, and public transit being right around the corner. It is also a safe area in my opinion and while yes when you are in your room you can hear what goes on outside but like I said it's local, that didn't bother me at all given I am from new york. My stay was great at this hotel. I was celebrating my daughter's 16th birthday and they decorated the room. Staff was really polite and helpful. Beautiful boutique hotel and very quint and small which I like. Definitely will stay again on my next visit.

Juste la TV qui ne fonctionnait pas

Lovely hotel, good facilities, clean & comfortable. Alas there was a party in the apartment opposite the hotel which was extremely noisy and very disruptive until 2.50am. I appreciate this was of no fault of the hotel but I was there on a Saturday night before the ‘Semi de Paris’ half marathon, and was disappointed not to get a good night’s sleep. I’m afraid I wouldn’t stay there again for that reason. I can recommend the Auberge de Venis, Brutus and Cafe des Phares restaurant and the Les Amoureuses bar was superb!

Chambre spacieuse et très propre. Hôtel tranquille malgré la proximité avec la Place de la Bastille. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil d'Éric à la réception.

Been to Paris many times but this was visit number two this hotel. Clean, friendly, perfect location for opera performances, quiet, excellent breakfast, dozens of good restaurants in the neighborhood at all prices. Prices are reasonable, given all the pluses. Room just a bit small for some of us, which means i’ll probably reserve a slightly larger room for my next visit. Highly recommended. GR, USA
