Seems close

This hotel will most likely close within the next year or so, which is most unfortunate because the rooms and hallways have been renovated and it is on the waterfront of the St Lawrence river. There were very few guests, ( 6 vehicles in the parking lot ) the pool and surrounding patio have not been maintained for at least a year and one could see that the windows on the lower floors of the hotel were covered on the inside with plastic. Nevertheless, the lone staff at the reception was helpful and welcoming.

Ok très bien situé juste en avant du fleuve, les restaurants sont faciles d’accès à l’arrière. Ce qui cloche st son manque d’entretien au complet, de la façade des chambres etc L’hôtel a l’air abandonné, peinture, terrasse, panneaux arborant Hôtel des Gouverneurs sont à changer parce que la majorité sont brûlés. La seul chose que nous avons bien apprécié sont le confort des lits. Ma note concernant l’hôtel est de 6.5 étoiles.

Very dirty rooms. No place to pass with our luggage because of maintenance in hall way.

Chambre complètement rénovée, par contre les prises électriques pas changées, très peu dans la chambre. Seul point négatif. L’extérieur devrait être mieux entretenu. Donne l’effet d’un endroit abandonné

La douche ne fonctionnait pas bien. La chambre n’était pas bien insonorisée, donc on entendait tout le monde dans le corridor, bruyant même après minuit.

Every thing was Véry good

Bathroom was not cleaned from previous guest (soap build up next to the faucet, shampoo bottle half empty, hairs in/around shower, previous guest’s towel hanging behind door) which made me question the cleanliness of everything else. Property in general state of poor maintenance. Front desk staff friendly and very well located.

Bien situé. Considérant le prix très raisonnable c etait très bien.

There was no water the first day in my shower. The employees are not that helpful, the building is old! Don't go there!

Hotel was closed for 4 years, then reopened in 2025 for renovation. Signs of ongoing renovation are clearly visible. So I thought we would be in a renovated area, but no… it’s clean, but stinky smell in the rooms - I thought I wouldn’t be able to fall asleep. Beds and pillows we’re very comfortable, linen and towels in good condition and clean too. So for the price and given we were visiting friends, the stay is ok. I wouldn’t recommend for family…

The hotel is under renovation; we experienced some noise, and the elevator was not clean. The hot water in the shower was barely warm—it was actually closer to cold. The tap water was sputtering debris, though they did give us some bottled water to compensate. Overall, I would not recommend a stay at this place at this time!
