We stayed at Megasaray Westbeach in the second week of November and had an amazing time. We were a group of 18 people travelling from different countries for my brother’s wedding in Antalya, and the hotel handled everything flawlessly. The staff were great from the moment we arrived. Everyone was attentive, honest, helpful and always smiling. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The hotel has recently introduced an off season concept with breakfast only, half board and all inclusive. Even with some areas closed during this period, mainly the food court, the all inclusive option was still good value. The food quality was very good, with plenty of variety throughout the stay. Drinks and pasties were also very nice. The hotel was genuinely fully booked for a couple of days while we were there in November, which says a lot about the level of service they maintain. A few members of our group were staying elsewhere and visited us at various times. Management were very understanding and even allowed late visits (after 9 pm). They even offered complimentary tea for our visitors which was much appreciated, especially since many all inclusive resorts are strict about outside visitors. A special thank you to Sadaf from guest relations who was fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. She even helped us with a few last minute wedding related arrangements (noting the wedding was outside and unrelated to Megasaray) and made sure everything ran smoothly.

Die Suite in der 9. Etage war geräumig, aber die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Möbel und Teppich waren nicht ganz sauber und wurden nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Auf der schönen Terrasse konnte man wegen der Küchengerüche aus der Lüftung leider nicht lange sitzen. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit. Im Wellnessbereich war der Boden stellenweise rutschig. An der Bar gab es nette Mitarbeiter und eine gute Auswahl an Getränken.

There were several dining options however the a la carte was not included in the all inclusive price so I only ate at the main restaurant. The buffet there had a wide selection of well prepared dishes. In the four nights I was there I noticed the dishes were pretty much the same, which was fine for me. I found the hotel to be clean and well maintained, my room was spacious and comfortable, it had a balcony with a spectacular view of the sea and mountains. However the most impressive thing about this hotel were its staff who were friendly, professional polite and attentive. This resort is very popular with families and each night there was a lively show with loud music which went on until well into the eve. The children and their families appeared to be having a blast singing and dancing to Baby Shark at 10 o’ clock at night! I just put my earplugs in. I slept very well.

Property needs refurbishment, more of 4 star at present. Good facilities and good quality food. Need transportation to get anywhere, nothing walking distance. Needs a good revamp to be a 5 star hotel

Wow, the food was amazing.

Alt var fantiastisk. Sød personale, der blev ikke sparet på hverken mad, drikke eller underholdning. Dog værelserne og sofaerne i lounge og spisestolene trænger til at blive fornyet. En del ting trænger til udskiftning.

Need renovation, dirty carpet in the room

It was not really what I would call five star it was more a four star hotel. The food was pretty standard. The problem was was everything was cold by the time you got it back to the table so that’s why I’ve give it three stars. The staff were very nice though.

Service was 5 star everywhere. Cuisine is good with much variety. Desserts are to die for. Only negative is that it is a fairly long trek to the beach, though there is supposedly a shuttle that we never used.
