1 star in motel category. avoid the place not to let it ruin your trip. The “hotel”/motel stinks when you enter from the parking lot at back. Steep stairs is the only way to come up to reception, stairs only to go to any other floors. No accessible Installation whatsoever. It’s not an honourable business to charge customer who didn’t give credit card info nor authorize the charge. It’s not honourable just ignoring customer’ refund request.

Chambre propre. Bonne literie Petit déjeuner simple. Pas beaucoup de choix. Depuis l'hôtel compter environ 40 minutes à pied pour aller dans le vieux Québec. Plusieurs restaurant à proximité de l'hôtel. A 3 minutes de l'hotel, l'arrêt de bus n° 80 pour l'aéroport. Attention pas de paiement par CB dans le bus.

Bon déjeuner, employés très serviables, excellent service.

Very small room and price is too high

Bien situé, personnel courtois et propre. Je le recommande et j'y retournerais.

L’insonorisation est épouvantable. Nous avons été réveillé à 1 heure du matin par les gens de la chambre d’à côté qui parlaient très fort. Nous avons dû demander à l’accueil d’intervenir, (ce qui a été fait) mais malgré tout, les gens ont continué à parler fort jusqu’à passé 3 heures du matin. Difficile de savoir si c’est les gens à côté qui étaient trop intense ou la chambre vraiment pas insonorisée, mais nous étions capable de suivre parfaitement leurs conversations.

The hotel was very clean and what was on the website was what we got. Some hotel tell you one thing on website and when you get there is totally Different. I don't know if expidia is lying or the hotel.

Everything good

La chambre était propre mais un peu mal insonorisée. Nous avons eu les instructions de la part de l’hôtel pour arriver sereinement au parking malgré les travaux dans la rue. Le personnel était très agréable. Petit déjeuner simple mais efficace. Possibilité de faire une lessive sur place. Dans l’ensemble se fut un bon séjour de 2 nuits.

To be honest, I was a bit disappointed, as I expected more considering the hotel’s rating and the price I paid. I can’t say it was perfect, but I can’t say it was terrible either. It was simply okay. The staff were friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. However, I don’t think I would book this hotel again in the future.

We had a great stay here and the kids really enjoyed the pool!

Old hotel but really amazing suite

There are no elevators in this building and currently there is construction work happening in front by the city. So you have to enter through the back parking entrance. We had a basement room. Breakfast is basic continental.

The bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean. The room was spacious and offered plenty of space to relax. Unfortunately, the breakfast was a big disappointment with very limited options for such price. The gym was in even worse condition—it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The refrigerator was also extremely noisy, to the point that I had to unplug it just to get a good night's sleep. Overall, there are some positives, but the breakfast, gym, and noisy fridge significantly affected my stay.

My family and friends stayed here and had a wonderful experience. We booked for 6 rooms for two nights. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. A huge highlight was the staff named Maria, who was welcoming and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring. The hotel offered free breakfast too. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit.

I want to flag for future travelers that the marketing photos on Expedia do not accurately reflect the real-world view or current state of the whole building. The stay itself was okay and the hotel's Manager took care of our other issues related to a cleaning, but the property needs to update its listing's photos to manage expectations.

It was not downtown old Quebec City which we knew and the drive was only minutes away from downtown. Overall very impressed with the place and it was priced great compared to downtown locations and prices. A must place to stay and an inside pool to boot.
