I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was excellent from the moment I arrived until check-out. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. They truly made me feel comfortable and valued as a guest. The hotel itself was clean, relaxing, and well-maintained, which made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great hospitality and outstanding customer service.

Loved my stay here! I came to dive, so I was looking for simple but clean accommodations. The room was big with a coffee maker and small fridge. I got ice every morning from the bar and filled up my water bottles. Service at the bar was outstanding. Glen, Yani, and Danny all made me feel very at home. The rice and beans were delish! Add in an awesome view, great service, and nice pools, and it made for a great stay.

Caribbean Villas Hotel was truly a wonderful place to stay and made my time in Belize incredibly memorable. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth—the staff was consistently friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. My room had a beautiful ocean view that made every morning and evening feel special. The room itself was very comfortable, with perfect air-conditioning (a huge plus in the Belize heat!) and an incredibly cozy bed that made it easy to relax and recharge. What really stood out was how accommodating everyone was. The front desk team was always happy to help and made getting around effortless by calling taxis whenever I needed one. I also felt very safe throughout my stay, which made it easy to fully enjoy the experience. The on-site restaurant was another highlight—the food was absolutely delicious, and the staff there were just as friendly and accommodating as the rest of the hotel team. Overall, Caribbean Villas Hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, hospitality, and location. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Belize.

Caribbean Villas is a wonderful place to stay, especially for first timers in San Pedro. Every convenience is within short walking distance & the staff is exceptional! The rooms are very clean & comfortable. We stayed for almost a week & truly loved our visit!

All the staff were helpful and super friendly. Gave great advice on local hangouts. Room was clean and having a fridge in the room was rare for me. Highly recommend!

The room was basic, but very clean. The location of the hotel is a little south of everything, but very walkable. The shower head was trashed so the entire bathroom got wet every time I took a shower and the water pressure was basically non existent because of this - not the end of the world, but seems like an easy fix. A bit of a safety issue - the bar staff loudly communicated (one time shouted across the bar) my room number every time I closed my tab, which seemed like a basic safety issue. I was also on the first floor and my curtains didn't shut all the way, so I never had full privacy. Knowing this, I wouldn't suggest a first floor room if privacy is something you're after. All in all, a decent spot that I'd visit again.

I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. It is clean and the staff are lovely. I had one very minor issue and they staff there resolved it immediately. You are a 5 minute walk from Pro Dive shop and a 5 minute walk to the ferry. The location is great.

The room was in poor condition. The property needs updating. The staff were all, kind, tolerant, and accommodating and were the redeeming quality of the property. There are four floors and no elevator; although the staff would carry luggage if you wanted.
