Café da mãe é bom, completo. Porém, desde a nossa chegada, a funcionária da recepção foi bastante fria. Após chegar no quarto, as luzes não acendiam, descemos pra falar na recepção sobre, essa mesma moça disse que não tem problema nenhum, que era só acender. Subimos e nada. Pela 3 vez, mandaram um cara da eletricidade pra ver e era um curto no abajur. Na sequência, a cafeteira do quarto não funcionou. Hotel antigo, não voltaria.

Hotel was lackluster and worn. Lobby was dirty. Disappointing hotel.

Ett helt ok hotell. Vi var här en natt innan vi skulle resa hem. AC var inte riktigt 100% i vårt rum men i barnens rum var den. Utepoolen var kanon och ett perfekt ställe att vänta på innan vi tog oss till flygplatsen. Personalen mkt vänlig och hjälpsam. Rummen var ok. Inte en hel vecka här men en natt var bra.

Clean, convenient hotel with helpful staff and good amenities. I made used the Spa, which I enjoyed and thought was well maintained (€25 fee for 90mins).

The hotel is located conveniently near the train station. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful at check-in and at check-out. They gave us great service and kept our luggage for a couple of days. We enjoyed our stay here.

Definetly would not recommend this property. Very outdated, experienced problem with room, elevator, garage, spa access limited 3 hrs only not informed upon check-in. Area surrounding is noisy. Dining options breakfast only & limited selection.

Very old hotel, maximum 2 stars, it feels like Mercure management forgot about this hotel, it is falling apart and very dirty. Neighbourhood is very bad, dirty, dark and dangerous. Pool is dirty and not heated. Spa costs 25 euro for 90 minutes and it is not worth it. Breakfast is very poor, very few things to choose from and after just 2 days it is very boring.

We arrived at 2 pm as per check in time and were told in an abrupt tone that the room would be available after 3 pm. The receptionist was rude and was reluctant to help us with information regarding dining options. Once we had the room, our request for an ironing board was completely ignored. This hotel is a total catfish, please avoid! Everyone who works there looks very downcast and subdued, we were so relieved tonleave after our 1 night stay.The spa is only open 2 hours a day and the gym has very limited equipment.

Dejligt hotel ikke langt fra centrum og med fine indkøbsmuligheder tæt på. Morgenmaden synes vi ikke var fantastisk, men ok til de €10 den kostede udover prisen for værelset. Dejlig pool og venligt og imødekommende personale

Leider kontaminiert mit Bettwanzen. Sehr viele Bettwanze. Ich musste das Hotel wechseln, da kein anderes Zimmer verfügbar war. Taxi und neues Hotelzimmer müsste ich selber zahlen. Erstattung, nach vielen Emails nur die Grundgebühr. HOTELS. COM Kommission wollten sie mir nicht erstatten obwohl Hotels.com damit nichts zu tun hat. Absolut nicht lösungsorientiert. Hotel ist in keinem guten Zustand.
