Regular service was good and exceptional from breakfast attendee. They do a little "managed free" tour to Murano which is collaborated to certain company that does no tour for island at all. Just a visit to that company and selling, and nothing more than that, no history explanation or even touring the island. They should explain or print out detail explanation for tourist as it is first time visit there.

Fantastic hotel in a perfect location. The room was perfect, and extremely comfortable. The staff were all amazing people - extremely kind and helpful, and even handled our transfers for us. All we had to think about was where we wanted to go first after arrival!

As with all excellent properties, it’s the staff that makes them truly outstanding. Roberto of the front desk helped us arrange a water taxi before our drive in from Slovenia. He arranged for Clare the hostess to meet us and escort us to the taxi. Barbara served breakfast the next morning with cheerful energy. The room was elegant and had all necessary amenities. A nice additional updating touch would have been UBC outlets.

We always spend the hoidays traveling around Italy and always spend at least a few days at the Aqua Palace. Its one of our favorite hotels in one of our favorite cities!

Aqua Palace is a boutique hotel centrally located makes it easy to walk everywhere on the island. The room is large and beds are very comfortable. I would recommend it to everyone I know when they visit Venice.

Fantastic hotel in a good location with accommodating staff. Breakfast was excellent. They have their own pier onto which boat taxis can dock for easy access to the train station, etc

Amazing hotel, lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with a beautiful big bathroom. Excellent location, central but quiet. Good facilities with onsite bar, good breakfast selections and stunning private dock with outdoor space, I will be recommending and hope to return!

Wonderful hotel - stylish and in a fabulous central location. Staff were attentive, room and bathroom luxurious and breakfast plentiful with hot and cold options. I would have given it 5/5 but whilst the sheets and bedding were lovely the bed was quite hard and in need of a mattress topper for a side sleeper like me.

The staff were absolutely delightful! Genuinely wonderful! We booked a Jr. Suite with Canal View and it is shockingly large and well-equipped. The beds are comfy, the hot water and towels are a-plenty, and the water pressure is also very good. We didnt eat at the hotel so I cannot speak to the breakfast or meals there. Highly recommend

Great hotel in a central location with very friendly staff. The room was good, with a double sink and a large walk in shower, which was a nice touch. When the safe stopped working, reception came up and fixed it straight away, which we really appreciated. The only downsides were that the room was quite warm and we couldn’t get the air con onto cool mode, although there were two windows we could open. We stayed in standard room 106 which wraps around the lift, so it was noisy (not sure who’s using the lift at 3am and if it’s staff they should take the stairs) I’d recommend upgrading the room if possible. Overall a good stay, but 4 stars due to the room temperature and lift noise
