Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The property is bit dated and in need of update. The pool is not very well maintained and has dirty water. The outdoor waterpark and indoor pool were both very cold. Both breakfast and dinner had a good spread of cuisines. We were there for the new year which was very well organised. We also used the spa facilities which was very rejuvenating.

Great buffet spread. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. All modern amenities are provided. Really enjoyed our stay.

Property is quite old not good not bad, According to room rate room was totally not worth. There is no good view from room after paying 20k per night. Bed was not comfortable at all. Breakfast was quite disappointed as not happy with taste same for dinner except few items in dinner buffet most of them was tasteless.

Need to raise the standards of rooms. Rooms conditions are pretty bad compared to price they charge.

I like cleanliness, staff service, and all atmosphere of hotel. Inly one change they should do that not to charge for indoor games , and provide iron and iron board inside room.

We (myself and spouse) stayed for a night. Let me start with location.Excellent location with full of serenity and greenery with hill side view. People - everyone is exceptional in customer service starting for ball boy to front desk team. I would like to especially mention about Mr Alok Kumar Mahapatra who personally took care about the comfort of our stay. We had a very interesting discussion about fake reviews (which is a big problem now-a-days) for e-commerce and hotel/airline businesses. Akhrot Halwa in Dinner and Pakwan-Sindhi Daal & Dry Bundiya in Breakfast are worth to be mentioned. We love to visit the place again during Monsoon. Thank you, Fariyas Team for making us stay memorable.

The resort is awesome alongwith all the staff members. I have had mountain view room there where I enjoyed my all the mornings 😊.
