Easy check in small room but clean and convenient to everything soho no breakfast no parking otherwise nice place to stay

I go to New York frequently for business and travel and I must say this hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is also a great area, you can’t go wrong, plenty of great restaurants and venues around to have a great night out.

lovely hotel, great location, friendly staff the only complaint is with the in-room coffee; the plastic tray coffee inserts with a filtered bag in them were not only extremely wasteful but also made diabolical coffee, I am sure a national chain such as this can do better!

Great location for lower manhattan. walking distance to soho, chinatown, west village. this is a clean somewhat spartan place to stay. of course $700 for one night in manhattan is a Ridiculous amount of money. Right? at this great cost, it served our needs for a family event in the city. But for $700 I expect more pampering and luxury. Not here at a Courtyard Marriott But my internal value measurements are old school. Had to alter our reservation and it took more than a few phone calls between Expedia and Marriott. Easier to book directly on the hotel website, not a third party if you need the flexibility to alter your reservation. And for some reason I had the notion the parking was only $60 per night. But it was more than double and required driving to a nearby Icon lot. Driving in via Holland Tunnel, this is a convenient location.
