Clean room, great staff,breakfast

Hotel de arquitetura impactante. Equipe muito gentil e atenciosa. Apartamento super confortável. Ótimo café da manhã. Restaurante excelente na cobertura com vista incrível de Vienna.

No free parking. For a hotel that size and location. You wish they have a parking spot. I know you can valet and pay 40 eros, bit that’s not cheap if you spend couplen of nights there. Can they at leats make a contractor with the parking location and give us some discoint.

We had a fantastic stay at SO/ Vienna! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The room - which was unexpectedly upgraded! - was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect for exploring the area. It is within short walking distance to amazing restaurants and sites and is also quite close to public transit. Everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This hotel has an excellent location,close to city centre and the train line which takes you all over the city. The hotel itself is clean and modern. The breakfast is fantastic with great views over the city as you eat! Would 100% go back to this hotel if visiting Vienna again.

I had a wonderful stay at SO/ Vienna. The hotel offers a high-level experience from start to finish, with excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff were kind, helpful, and professional, and everything felt well organized and welcoming. The room service was great, the cleanliness was very good, and the hotel facilities and services made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is also perfect — central, convenient, and easy to get around from. Overall, I truly enjoyed everything about my stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Hôtel idéalement situé. Jolie vue, chambre spacieuse et moderne. Personnel serviable et à l’écoute. Petit déjeuner dans la moyenne haute. Produits de qualité. J’y retournerai.

No aircondition, besides that, great hotel

Única ressalva é com os funcionários do rooftop a noite, garçons e hostess. Nos deixaram esperando por um tempo absurdo, até que nos cansamos e voltamos ao quarto. Hóspedes não tem propriedade no bar do rooftop.

Hotel lindo , novo e muito moderno! A localização é boa , não fica no centro histórico mas fica perto .. uns 10 min de caminhada. Tem uma estação de metrô bem em frente , aliás … é muito fácil usar o metrô em Viena. O restaurante desse hotel é simplesmente maravilhoso! Não tem como não jantar lá um dia… reserve com antecedência. Recomendo muito e ficaria novamente.
