Rating & Review Keseluruhan Banyan Harbor Resort

Il resort è nel complesso discreto, ben dotato di accessori nella cucina, con possibilità di usare la piscina e il campo da tennis. E' in una zona poco turistica, ma centrale se si vuole girare l'isola. Il punto più negativo, per le unità che si affacciano sulla strada, è il rumore del traffico parecchio intenso e molto fastidioso. Inoltre i condizionatori erano eccessivamente rumorosi e quindi non utilizzabili di notte. Da segnalare anche la scarsa pulizia della moquette, rovinata e macchiata in più punti.

This place was absolutely amazing! Great location! Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was very nicely decorated and everything looked new.. However there were very steep stairs inside and outside of condo. Carrying all of our luggage up and down those stairs was definitely challenging. Don’t stay here if you have elderly members in your party. Water pressure in shower was weak. We were also charged a resort fee which we didn’t know anything about. This was very upsetting.

Spacious condo with full kitchen, convenient location, beach across (a busy) street. Restaurants close buy. 70’s style condo could use an appliance upgrade. Noisy fridge and A/C units…

The rooms were stocked with plates, glasses, cooking tools, and flatware. The rooms even had beach gear to use! Literally across the street from Kalapaki beach and a bunch of restaurants and shops! Very great place to stay!

Our condo was decent. It was quite large. We did love the pool and the convenient location. The beds however were unbearably hard. I could barely sleep i was tossing and turning all night. I woke up on our last night with bruised hips even. The condo had excellent air conditioning. The washer and dryer were great to have too! I would stay there again if they updated the beds. The parking was terrible. We could never find a spot near our condo. The staff was nice for the little we spoke to them. For the price we paid, I was happy!

The Company policy says we cannot use the pool until we check in at 4pm. We have always been able to do that at other hotels/resorts. In fact we did it earlier last week at the Bali Hai Villas in Princeville. We had to go find something else to do with 14 people who did not want to go to the beach. :( The office personnel were very friendly and accommodating as they could be, but were constrained by company policy. They did get our rooms cleaned early so we could check in a little early.

Good experience overall. Apartment have been remodeled a little while ago but some features are a bit old, like A/C and window frames. Property overall is packed. You find everything you need in the apartment.

We really liked the property. We had two bedrooms apartment. Bedrooms were little small however worked out for us. We stay three nights and really loved it.

The property did not look anything like the website and the unit we stayed in looked like it someone lived in it.

Fantastic location, very clean, friendly staff. We were a little disappointed that a feature we had enjoyed during previous stays - a room full of beach toys, fishing gear, snorkel gear available to borrow - was no longer offered

I had originally stated in my reservation request that I needed a first floor unit because I have a bad leg and hip. They put me in a third floor unit and would not move me for 2 days.
