Being winter there was no extra blankets. Air conditioner cut in and out every 5-10 minutes so the room didn’t stay warm. There were very rowdy people in other rooms carrying on till late in the night.

Its amazing place and nearby to all amenities. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Its budget friendly which doesnt impact alot to your budget. Once again Thanks guys for your support :)

Nikita at reception was lovely. The bathroom was not clean around the edges & there were spider webs & dead spiders around the bathroom ceiling. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work & very low water pressure in the shower. No spare toilet paper & only 1 blanket on the bed & no spares on a cold night

Lovely lady at check on. I had a shower in the afternoon and the water was only slightly warmer than cold. It was hot in the morning. No bathroom mat which was a bit strange. Bed was comfortable. Older property that could do with some TLC. Carpark looked like it was freshly concreted so maybe they ate starting to renovate. Was it the best place that I've stayed at in Cessnock? No. Was it the cheapest place I've stayed at in Cessnock? No. Was it value for money? Yes.

Good place

Room is great for an overnight sleep especially if doing balloon and have to get up at 3am. You get what you pay for but rooms n bathroom are clean which is all that matters. Staff are friendly and helpful. Easy checkin and self check out - drop key in box.

No screen on the bathroom window so the window was unable to be open. Air-conditioner was a waste of time to turn on. It just did not work and very noisy.

The room is clean but the air freshener used in the property made the room smell worse rather than better. The scent was very strong and unpleasant, which made the stay quite uncomfortable.

Good enough for a brief stay, for the price paid. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, aircon was fine, tea/coffee/milk/sugar much appreciated, smooth check-in and check-out. Your realistic expectations will be required.

The AC wasn’t working properly, with the rooms being small air flow needs to be a must. Overall it did the job.
