Rating & Review Keseluruhan Hotel Santorini

There is not staff at the desk 24 hours- we needed to call to get in. When they arrived they were lovey but we felt left all alone. You are not to flush the toilet paper but no one emptied the trash while we were there. Breakfast is good. Nice room but looking out on a crummy alleyway.

Great location

Very basic, but it was just what we needed. Apart from being very basic, it was excellent it all other aspects. Would highly recommend it to anyone. I would definitely stay here again if I wanted to come back to stay in Fira.

Very easy access for the bus station and walkable area in all Santorini. Next to all places to eat. Good location.

The sea view room didn’t really have a view of the sea and the internet in the room didn’t work well. Otherwise, not bad.

Gens de l'hôtel très réactifs et accueillants, même si accueil en temps présentiel limité. Merci beaucoup Vasiliki!!! Un peu plate de ne pas avoir d'ascenseur avec les gros bagages, mais escaliers assez vastes pour que ça se monte assez bien malgré tout. Et on le savait avant de toute façon. Petit mais bien arrangé et pratique dont l'espace "banc" et rangement à l'entrée de la chambre. Très propre et service journalier de ménage. Quelques petits enjeux pour avoir de l'eau bien chaude, mais on a fini par y réussir. Lits un peu raides, mais ok. Et on avait pu répondre à notre demande de lits jumeaux. Merci! Bien situé, pas dans le cœur de la grosse activité mais peu loin et quand même des choses autour comme il se doit. Et bien pratique que la gare des bus pour autres villes soit juste à côté. Nous avons pu avoir service de navette via leurs "collaborateurs" Nobility Tours pour et du port. Service impeccable et à l'heure (même très, très tôt le matin). Merci à notre conducteur!! En résumé, satisfaites et nous y retournerions sans problème. Merci!!!!

Decent hotel well located immediately in the heart of the city centre of Fira. The property is clean and the lady at the front desk (owner?) was very friendly.

Very good location,just next the Fira bus station, but bad wifi and the bathroom is so small, still ok for only just stay one or two nights.

Staff were nice and they keep the place very clean. The only complaint I have is about the shower, very small, the shower curtains keep touching your body and this is disgusting.

Pratique a 5 minutes de marche de la place centrale de Fira

I don’t like the property’s poor internet, and small space for shower. Water pressure was not good. No hair dryer, nor elevator. Inconvenient for me as a traveler. No reception after 4pm as well. You are on your own after 4pm.

The hotel was ok only thing nobody was en reception

Non la consiglio, ci sono venuti a svegliare alle 2 di notte svegliandoci senza motivo. Il personale inesistente e molto scortese. Ho chiesto se era possibile lasciare le valige in reception per 1 ora e la risposta è stata di no. Al check-out sono venuti a bussarci mezz’ora prima dell’orario con modi scortesi. Camera con aria condizionata ma molto sporca, ho richiesto un letto matrimoniale e ho trovato 2 letti separati dicendomi che non è possibile unirli,frigo che funzionala a malapena e usciva molta acqua, molto sporca per non parlare del bagno, doccia con tendina sostenuta da dei fili di ferro e usciva sempre acqua allagando tutta la camera, lavandino che si staccava dal mobile. In poche parole non lo consiglio a nessuno un vero incubo

Hotel centralissimo. Tutto a portata di mano, dai bus ai taxi, in pieno centro tra ristoranti e negozi e vita notturna. Personale gentilissimo, camere pulite.
