Shower didn’t work for heating. Initial response wasn’t great.
Requested to change rooms, as wasn’t offered.
They duly obliged and found the response quick after I had suggested this as an option.
It’s an automated process. Once customer was stuck at the front door couldn’t get in.
So do. It book late as the system is slow to issue information.
