Unsanitary rooms and poor service. Our room had visible mold, dirty bathroom surfaces, water damage, and clear signs of long-term wear. We were moved, but the same issues remained, showing this was not isolated.
Service and accountability were lacking—concerns were not handled with urgency, and management offered only repeated room changes instead of real fixes. We were forced to check out early and relocate at our own expense.
This is not about preference; it’s about cleanliness, maintenance, and responsibility. For a hotel at this price point, this was unacceptable.
