Very clean

Do not get room 15. It is the only room in the basement, next to a dungeon. Kind of creepy. Especially when it’s raining outside, the room smells like sewage. Any other rooms upstairs are fine.

The front desk staff was not really friendly. My room was not ready at 3pm check-in so I was made to wait 30 minutes. They did not clean my room the entire time I was there even though I put out the Room Service needed door hanger. This hotel is not really expact friendly

Great location. Close to the plaza and the Basilica church. Our room was spacious with great storage. The breakfast buffet was good. Not a full breakfast but better than a continental breakfast.

Impossible to have the room that I requested. The hotel hosts breakfast for four other hotels. Impossible to get a table. An unfriendly waitress. Not coming back.

It was close to everything- very easy to walk everywhere.

I loved it here, its on the main street..close to all the shopping and food areas..we had a good view..a little nosey from the cars but they have double doors so at night you close the second window door and you cant hear anything..only thing is there wasn't alot of water pressure on the si k..showers was plenty

Beautiful hotel enjoyed our stay only thing was the fact that parking is not available on the property and the breakfast was not great. Other than that our stay was wonderful

This was my first time staying at this hotel and I will be back. Staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The location is great! Breakfast buffet was excellent. So good that you may have to wait for a table!

Wonderful service. Great location. Simply beautiful!!

The building was beautiful and the staff was very helpful. However, my son got almost no sleep due to the street and kitchen noise in room 1. Our room was quieter (room 4) but we could hear the door and room settling all night with loud cracks.
