Super nice and breakfast super delicious!

Great parking underground easy to access but comes at a nightly cost. Breakfast was very good, plenty of buffet choices.

Hotel bonito, muy céntrico. Junto a la Catedral. El parking es muy estrecho, así que hay que tener cuidado de no rallar el coche. El desayuno muy completo

Everything was alright apart of the dirt and hair all over the bathroom, toilet, floor

Excellent overall

Nice hotel within 15-20 minutes walk to the centre but there are some local bars and cafes very close by. Nice lobby area but no bar. Free parking available right beside the hotel. Rooms were nice but not very spacious due to oversized sofa which took up a lot of space.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. The only thing they need is a restaurant for lunch and dinner.

Hotel cómodo, tranquilo y a un paseo andando del centro. Muy buen desayuno. Camas confortables. Los aseos deberían actualizarse con servicio de ducha en lugar de bañera.

Los cuartos son funcionales pero no tan cómodos. El baño es estrecho y mi habitación olia a cigarro aunque se supone que todas las habitaciones son para no fumadores. Pocas opciones para comer cercanas (a pie). Lo mejor fue el desayuno, bastante recomendable.

O hotel é afastado de tudo. Tivemos que pegar táxi para sair para jantar. A moça na recepção muito solicita a nós ajudar para achar restaurante aberto( todos só abrem as 20 horas para jantar ). Como foi uma estadia para dormir…… O resto foi tudo bem

We had a disappointing experience during our stay last night. We didn't receive the room we had paid for but were given a cheaper one instead. To make matters worse, the heating in the room was unbearable—there were no controls, and the temperature felt like it was at least 30°C, making it nearly impossible to sleep. When we raised our concerns with the front desk in the morning, they were dismissive and unhelpful, simply telling us to contact the third party we booked through. Overall, a very disappointing stay, and we wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen. Das Zimmer war aber sehr sauber und komfortabel. Gewohnt sehr guter, verlässlicher NH-Standard.

Nada confortável. Ar condicionado não funciona. Só esquenta. Banheiro precisando renovação. Acho que por ser reserva de outros meios, tipo Hotels.com, colocam no pior quarto.

The good: Old town is in walking distance, rooms are clean, free parking is abundant. The bad: breakfast buffet is disappointing, hotel is certainly older than most (seems very dated), not even a bottle of complimentary water for guests which is standard in onther hotels (even at NH-group).
