Mixed feelings about the apartment. Great spot but apartment in need of maintenance and a thorough clean as cups and utensils had to be washed when we got there. Overall I would rate it 3 stars as it’s definitely not what I would have expected from a 4.5 star hotel. P.S. the bed was like sleeping on a block of concrete.

Probably location was good but the property was dated. Having to walk up there levels of stairs at our age was not a good thing.

Great location, close to shops, close to the beach and lake. There are lots of activities to do around the location and even inside the property too. Good option for family and group tours.

The property was old inside and dirty shower rails, tables, curtains etc. The apartment was not like the photos. Pool area was ok. Would say the parts I saw were shabby

Excellent spot but the main bedroom had a leak, knob on dishwasher missing otherwise the place was great had all we need and was close to everything.

Great position, beautiful spot. Pool, spa, sauna & ice machine makes a fabulous stay. Apartment is big and comfortable with everything you need except an ensuite.

The property was a home away from home. Was perfect and my children enjoyed it. Very clean and up to date.

Easy check-in and check-out process. The location is quiet and easy to get to. Some lights were not working. Insufficient supply of bath gel, shampoo and conditioner for the 2 nights stay. Parking is good.

Very convenient location and very spacious units.

Nice well maintained appts 500m from beach and just above main shopping strip. Very private with clean facilities and nice pool, games room

I love the views from the units, the pool and BBQ area is great and its close to shops and the beach. The units are large and have a laundry, ironing board, towels etc, so you only need to bring your own food and stuff. The only thing I have found is the cleanliness of the property isn't great. The kitchen or the fridge hadn't been wiped down and the bathrooms were in need of a good clean. I have stayed before and that unit was a lot cleaner overall.

Close to the beach and shops with plentley of room for all the family. Great pool and facilities.

Great comfortable stay, a few things were a bit disappointing: cleanliness of bathroom could have been better as there was mould and soap scum on shower that could have been cleaned, rubbish was left in our bins and not emptied prior to our arrival, all kitchen cupboards were left open, couch was very uncomfortable. But overall beds were comfy, appartment was nice and roomy and we had a pleasant stay. Would still go back.

This apartment is very tired and in need of refurbishment. The location is great, however apartment is very basic. I would rate it as 3 star at best.

A little disappointing with cleanliness of the apartment & lack of working lights. Quite a few lightbulbs need replacing. Also a leak under bathroom sink, so the replacement loo paper was wet and it was dirty with insect activity. I thought it was quite expensive for a dated apartment. I actually thought we were getting a more modern apartment as in photos of website. I felt a little misled.

An older unit with several faults eg broken fixtures in the bathroom; noisy air conditioning unit next to bedroom; WiFi not available despite being advertised and no attempt made to remedy the problem when requested. Nothing provided in the way of tea, coffee, soap etc. apart from on opened and half used bottle of milk in the fridge.

Nice spacious apartment,well appointed and comfortable for our large family. Cleanliness was a bit below expectation but other than that it was a good place to stay, close to the beach and shops. Would happily stay here again.

Check in was delayed as cleaners hadn't finished in room. Cleaners seemed to have rushed the job as the apartment was still dirty when we were finally able to enter. Dirty dishes in dishwasher, dirty table and benches and bathrooms still had hair in them. Also had a few rickety beds which seem to want adjusting. Made lots of noise whenever you moved in the bed. Was a pity as if it was cleaner properly it would have been a nice stay.
