After our overnight flight landed early in the morning, the very friendly front desk agent was able to get us into our room early to refresh ourselves for the day. The property is beautiful and clean. The lobby bar occasionally featured live music or a DJ in the evening, and the staff in the bar is wonderful. The breakfast buffet was impressive and delicious.

Had minor issue with bathroom sink leaking water on the floor; but staff was Very prompt in fixing the issue - Other than that, my entire stay was Excellent! Fifth time visiting Panama; and each time, I’m treated Wonderfully by the staff, especially housekeeping😊 Breakfast Always a Delight!

Breakfast was fresh and had variety. James from the Ibeza pool restaurant was the standout star of the week. We resided in room 1406 and encountered a few minor issues, but knowing that we could see his welcoming and genuine smile made it worthwhile. We visited him every day. He was exceptionally warm, accommodating, and very informative. He will be the primary reason for our return. The ambiance and fragrance of the lobby were simply relaxing. Thank you, James and the RIU Panama team. We will definitely return.

El hotel está súper bien ubicado sobre Calle 50. Sin embargo las instalaciones están un poco viejas y podrían verse algunos insectos. Está próximo a necesitar una remodelación.

First time in Panama City and could not have had a better experience in part due to the staff and management at the Riu hotel. The hotel, room, location, and especially the staff were incredible. The view from the room is unbelievable, unmatched in my experience. The amenities were world class. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and diverse. I can’t wait to visit the other locations, but we will be back in Panama City undoubtedly. Excellent service and experience. Would recommend to all!
