The hotel was in the middle of a street where it was all restaurants and bars and was great for people watching. The garage parking at the hotel was excellent. The small private garden was a little oasis of peace and calm. Beautiful breakfast. Lovely room.

Really helpful staff, good breakfast, lovely garden to sit in during day/evening and where breakfast can be taken. Beautiful view from the top terrace of the castle walls but too hot to linger when we were there in July. Helpful host when parking car in their garage. Really short walk up to the castle. Clean room and bathroom .

The room was very clean and the air conditioning excellent. We did not have breakfast. There is no elevator.

Kleines Hotel, dem die Renovierung gut getan hat. Die Dachterrasse war ca 2x2m groß, reicht aber für ein schönes Foto von der unverbauten Aussicht auf die Cite von Carcassonne. Kleiner, liebevoller Garten mit leckerem Frühstück.

Chambre petite au 3 ème étage sans ascenseur mais avec vue imprenable sur Carcassonne. A proximité des murailles.

Bel hôtel, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, la chambre était malheureusement un peu petite. Néanmoins celle-ci était propre, bien entretenue et nous conseillons le petit déjeuner qui est bon avec pas mal de choix, le cadre extérieur est très agréable.

Generally a good hotel. Great to have secure parking near by. Excellent breakfast which we enjoyed outside in the pretty courtyard garden. Only disadvantage was that our room was on the third floor and there was no lift. Madam, however, insisted on carrying our bags up, which went well beyond what we expected!

Best breakfast of the tour we have done, all fresh good quality food, parking was in a secure garage next to hotel. Excellent location between the old town and new, great view of the old town from the roof terrace, staff very helpful and friendly.

On site parking for our motorcycle was a huge bonus. Also loved the roof terrace .wonderful couple run the place.

Hotel is in perfect location on a beautiful street where you will find all the lovely restaurants . It is very typically French looking with a beautiful garden at the back with small tables and chairs. My double room which overlooked the garden was so clean,the bathroom had everything I needed for a pleasant 2 night stay. There are no coffee/tea making facilities but water machine on first floor to fill the bottle/decanter . Very comfy bed. Large T.V on wall which I did not use. Fab shower Hairdryer provided. There is air conditioning but the window did open so I just did that when needed. On the 3rd floor there is a small area terrace,and the view of the fortress from there is awesome.You can take lots of great pics I was sent a code to access the hotel incase I arrived later than 20.30hrs. The owners are so friendly and helpful,recommending restaurants and ordering return transport to airport. I did take airport shuttle when I arrived in Carcassonne. Only 6 euros,about 20mins to hotel. I had not booked breakfast on first morning,but as I was leaving early on my departure day,7.45 I booked breakfast which I was able to eat at 7.15am . Breakfast was a buffet,so much choice,I would recommend anyone to have the breakfast.It was delicious. Cannot fault the hotel. It was such good value for the price I paid. Do not stay anywhere else . The fortress was only 10 mins walk to get there. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay for 2 nights,thankyou Hotel Pont Vieux

This family-run hotel is clean and pleasant. The rooftop terrace with the view of La Cite is a very pleasant place to spend evening time. It was about a fifteen minute mostly uphill walk to La Cite, shorter and easier coming back down. There are several good restaurants very near the hotel, and more up in La Cite. We are truly happy we chose this hotel.

Emplacement idéal au porte de la cité. Petit dejeuné exellent dans une cours intérieure plein de charme. Accueil et conseil au top. Parking gratuit à 500m.
