Good location and staff are friendly. If the hotel is very busy, parking space may be limited.

I liked staying at this hotel. Excellent location. Easy access to Bournemouth Beach and Pier. Comfortable room. Nice Bar and Garden. A/C and pool were lifesavers on some of the UK’s hottest days this summer. The room carpets need to be better cleaned. The things that have not yet been remodelled are a bit run down. Looks like there has been a selective facelift on the property w/out yet upgrading more costly repairs. But still, it was a nice stay. 7.5 out 10, I would say, with notable bright spots being location, A/C, pool, friendly staff, bar and garden.

Bra hotell med god frokost og nærhet til stranden. Passe sentralt. Ca 5 minutters gåtur til piren og sentrumsområdene. Veldig hyggelig personell. Fin bar med uteområder. Greit treningsrom med det mest nødvendige, men egner seg ikke for mer enn en av gangen, om man ikke er godt kjente.

Staff are very welcome and kind specifically the receptionists. Food was also amazing. Lovely swimming pool

Nicely upgraded hotel but wifi was very patchy and no telephone in the room to contact reception!

This is a really great place to stay and is central to whatever you want to do around Dorset etc

Breakfeast was good. Wish the shower head was higher in the bathroom, had to kneel to have a shower. Nice hotel in a good area.

Surprised that parking needed to be paid for but then no spaces. This should have been clear on booking.

The staff were very helpful,and if you wanted anything they were there to help,Room was clean but dated,could do with a little tender care,shower was ok,it was quiet through the night,breakfast was the best we have had for a long time bar was good could do with a couple extra beers on tap ,

Lovely hotel, although they have just closed for a refit there are still some areas that need doing .

You cancelled the rooms at the last minute without any explanation at all - truly terrible customer service!!

Spacious room with complete amenities

I was very pleased with most aspects of my stay; however, the absence of an in-room refrigerator was inconvenient. It necessitated frequent requests for ice and water, and I was disappointed when staff informed me that I would be charged for additional water requests. On a positive note, the staff were excellent. Julian, in particular, delivers top-tier customer service.

No heating in the room. Had to complain to get a noisy air heater which didnt arrive until after 11pm. Lift stopped working during the evening and i was on top floor. Room was noisy from neighbouring rooms.
