Loved this hotel and would definitely come back again. Beautiful property.

Premium location!!! Breakfast was fresh and had a nice selection. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The ferry stop is across the street and bike rental was only a 10 min walk away.

We’ve stayed here over the years and the updated rooms were really nice. The bed was comfortable. Of course you can’t beat the location.

Even though we knew Lake Garda would be beautiful we were blown away by the charm of Lazise (where we went to attend a cooking class!) and then the entire area surrounding Bell;Arrivo in Peschiera. The hotel was very easy to get to from Verona. The staff were helpful and offered good service--but I wish they had been more friendly. The room was lovely and-- thank goodness--the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The second day-a young woman tripped and the glassware she was carrying shattered into pieces. We all tried to help clean up and the staff was so friendly and apologetic (although it was not anyone's fault) that I felt more connected. Everything was VERY CLEAN and we were seated by a window with a beautiful view. Anyone who goes to Verona and wants to see Lake Garda should choose this hotel!

An für sich ist es ein gutes 3-Sterne-Hotel. Das Frühstück war gut und die Auswahl ausreichend. Das Personal sowie die Putzfrauen waren super nett und sehr freundlich. Zu unserem Zimmer muss ich allerdings sagen, dass wir enttäuscht waren. Wir hatten Zimmer 309. Dieses hatte kein Fenster nach draußen, sondern nur zu einem Schacht, in dem sich im Erdgeschoss vermutlich die Küche bzw. Kühlgeräte befinden. Dadurch hatten wir weder frische Luft noch Tageslicht im Zimmer. Es waren gefühlt eher 30 Grad im Raum das lag aber wohl an den Geräte im EG die die Wärme nach oben gegeben haben. Eine richtige Klimaanlage gab es nicht, nur eine Belüftung, die aber nicht besonders gut funktioniert hat. Laut den Putzfrauen sind die Zimmer 109, 209 und 309 alle gleich und somit die wärmsten Zimmer, da sie keine Fenster mit Frischluftzufuhr haben. Ich werde Expedia dazu separat noch einmal anschreiben.

Easy fast check-in, great staff, spotlessly clean, best location in town.

The hotel was great, good staff and clean room. The poor cleanliness score was because they allowed a dog into the breakfast room with a guest. It was not a service or assistant dog. What was totally disgusting was that the staff allowed the dog to eat out of a normal customer bowl, which I presume will be used by guests tomorrow. Dogs in the dining room is bad, allowing animals to use customer crockery is disgusting.

Stayed at hotel bell'arivo as it is ideally situated to explore the surrounding area. You overlook lake garda ferryport which is a minute's walk so you can travel to any of the towns on lake garda easily using the ferry. There is also a bus stop outside the hotel and the train station with connections to all the major cities is a 10 minute walk away. The staff are friendly and very helpful and the room was cleaned every day of our stay to a high standard. Particularly enjoyed breakfast (which was decent) on the outside terrace overlooking lake garda every day of our stay. You are in the hustle and bustle of peshiera so it does get noisy particularly in the evenings but for us the convenience of having everything on your doorstep made that worth it. Thank you to all the staff for a lovely stay.

Wir waren sehr angenehm von Hotel überrascht und haben uns für eine Nacht sehr wohl gefühlt. Sollten wir wieder einmal in diese Gegend kommen, dann werden wir uns hier ein Zimmer buchen. Das Preis- , Leistungsverhältnis passt hier total.
