Good hotel. We booked a balcony room but when we got there it wasn't available

We had a wonderful time staying there with the rest of our baseball team.

Extremely disappointed with the cleanliness, upkeep, food and service at this location especially considering the price.

Impolite desk staff. Breakfast was not very good.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, AC worked great! Lots of options for breakfast. Newer equipment in workout facility, nice indoor pool and hot tub.

I arrived about 10 minutes after 4pm check-in time and the room was not ready. Waited for about 15 minutes before I was able to get in. Then discovered the TV was stuck on the Lifetime channel as the remote only worked power and volume. The window shade also did not come down so no way to stop the light from coming in the room. I called down to the front desk and reported this and was told " I'll call somebody". A few hours passed and I walked down to try and get another remote. waited for about 10 mins with some other folks in line and no one came to the desk. Left and came back 30 minutes later and grabbed another remote for the TV. same problem, went back down and again said they would call someone. Next day again reported issues to new front desk manager and again was told " I'll call someone ". No one ever came and neither was fixed in the 3 days I was there. These may seem like trivial issues but for what we paid for the room for the stay I'd expect everything to either work 100% or for a serious effort to fix them once the issues were reported. Neither was the case here. With so many hotel options in Conway, my next trip out we will not be staying at this Holiday Inn. Just wasn't a great value top to bottom for the price.

The breakfast selection was very poor. The variety was minimal and most of it was empty by 8:00 am

Good stay. Everything was clean and nice. Breakfast was good but had some things out of order.

Was in town for graduation! The room was very clean and comfortable. The balcony was an added touch of luxury. Beds are very high and difficult to get into especially being so short.

Clean. Smelled good. Good breakfast! Felt safe.

We were able to get some relaxing and pool time with the kiddos on their spring break. It was nice to travel right down the road to stay for 2 nights! The hot tub is a HUGE bonus to this hotel! We had a great stay and breakfast was great both mornings!

Great place to stay, will be back. Pheonix was very helpful.

The breakfast lady was exceptionally helpful & friendly. However not enough handicap parking

Very clean hotel in and out only complain, someone left their dog along in their room and it continue to bark for hours on in

Nice comfortable property. Not good for whole baseball teams to take over pool and breakfast.
