Totalmente recomendables la ubicación spr céntrica, el desayuno delicioso muy casero y si tienes algún tour temprano te dan un pack lunch, es pequeño pero acogedor, y los chicos que están en recepcion son spr amables y siempre tienen la disposición para lo que necesitar y ayudar a que tu estadía sea lo mejor. La amabilidad del personal es espectacular, el lugar es muy silencioso para descansar.

La atencion del personal es excelente, te hacen sentir como en casa y el lugar es muy acogedor. Si no puedes quedarte al desayuno por tus actividades, te proporcionan los alimentos para llevar lo cual es comodo y conveniente, lo recomiendo ampliamente

Only the person who is there during the day is good. The other people don’t bother to help knowing that you don’t speak Spanish and are very slow. Forget many things they say they will do for me, bad attitude.

Excelente experiencia. La limpieza y condición del cuarto impecable, como si fuera la primera vez que se usara. El servicio y atención del personal sobresaliente, totalmente enfocado en el huésped y su comodidad. Me ofrecieron servicio de lavandería, me hicieron el desayuno para llevar a mis tours, coordinaron mis transportes, compartieron recomendaciones turísticas. Logre compartir con el personal y aprender sobre su cultura. Me demostraron interés genuino, me sentí en casa. En resumen, me trataron como si fuera parte de su familia. 100% recomendado, el mejor hotel de Cusco, en especial por la calidad humana.

El personal es estupendo, las instalaciones impecables. Un poco lejos de las atracciones pero nada que no se solucione en Uber, tiene cochera muy segura en un lugar bonito. Volvería muchas veces

Place was ok but very small. Absolutely no English speaking staff made our stay little inconvenient.

It was an excellent stay! The staff were very kind and the breakfast was good. Walkable as well to the center, about a 35 minute walk, which is okay if you like being able to explore.

12 minute drive to city center. Not much near hotel. Very noisy, fire alarms, car horns, cleaning at 7:am. Bed too firm. Didn’t get much sleep at all.

Very clean room comfortable bed small, but functional and beautiful bath, extra common spaces like a large terrace with seating area. Staff very helpful and attractive. Hetel is beautiful and very clean and high quality bedding. Close to shopping area and airport

Fácil acceso y muy recomendable para tener una estancia tranquila, la cocinera es súper amable y cocina rico.

中心地から離れており近辺に飲食店や雑貨店がないところが少し不便。 しかし低価格にもかかわらず部屋は広く清潔でとてもリラックスできました。設備も問題なくシンプルな朝食も美味しかった。

If you like walk and to be quiet area, you can choose this hotel A little bit far from armar plaza.but very quiet area and excellent breakfast service

非常に綺麗で快適でした。空港や長距離バスのバス停から近い一方、中心街までは少し遠かったと思います。

The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. They got thick blanket so it's warm and cozy in bed, but since the room is quite cold without heater, it is freezing cold when you are out of bed 4 in the midnight preparing to go out for some tour. Prepare really warm clothes.
