The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was close to public transportation and restaurants. The room was clean. However the "sound-proof" claim should be removed as the uncarpeted floor transmitted noise at a high volume which is annoying when late arrivals are draggimg their suitcases around at 2 am. Slamming doors and loud conversations are a normal part of travel, however the acoustics of an older hotel makes it unbearable when you're trying to sleep. Also the beds were too hard for my partner so he was unable to sleep for 2 nights. On the 3rd day we found a new hotel even though we were booked for a 7 night stay. I don't blame the hotel; it just wasn't a good fit for us.

El señor de la recepción muy amable y servicial, pero la señora del desayuno del sábado poco atenta y con mala actitud. El hotel es bueno en relación calidad / precio, es muy económico. Pero las habitaciones con mucho ruido de la avenida, las toallas muy viejas, el baño no muy limpio (la ducha), la puerta de la ducha no cerraba bien.

This is the most horrible place a human being can stay . Everything looks horrible and the service is the most terrible have ever encountered. In top of that they denied any type of refund even though you don’t use the day . It was an horrific experience.
