The hotel itself was pleasant, comfortable, and welcoming, and we appreciated the overall quality of the experience. Unfortunately, the night was seriously disrupted by a group of guests who were having drinks on the terrace directly beneath our room. These drinks were being served by the hotel bar, and the conversation continued loudly well into the night. The noise only stopped after I called the reception at 4:40 a.m., meaning we had to endure more than two hours of loud chatter. It is extremely disappointing that such a situation was allowed to happen. Allowing guests to gather and socialize noisily under occupied rooms in the middle of the night is simply unacceptable for a hotel of your standing. I hope you will take this feedback into account to ensure future guests do not experience the same inconvenience.

Very good with wellness that can be hired. Only surprise was that the access to the pool needs to be booked and paid for.

Goede centrale locatie, mooi interieur, bijzonder vriendelijk personeel. Alles is in de buurt. Wellness is ook fijn. Aangeboden appels werden ook zeer gewaardeerd.

The staff were amazing, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Would use the hotel again. The only negative is you have to pay to use the swimming pool. When you pay to stay in a hotel it should include it's facilities.

Fijne kamer en douche. Handdoeken daarentegen waren niet helemaal zuiver dus dat is een aandachtspuntje. Verder prima hotel!

Mooi hotel met ruime kamers en fijne wellness. Perfect in centrum gelegen. Parkeergarage dichtbij of gratis parkeren met shuttlebus mogelijk naar Grote Markt op ca 5 minuten lopen. Fijne en vriendelijke medewerkers.

Personalen extremt trevlig och hjälpsam! Fina rum, bra tv med appar redan nedladdade. Perfekt läge. Enda klagomålet är den sparsamma frukostbuffén.
