No fresh towels were available. When we did get them they didn't give us enough. We had to keep asking. Toliet seat was broken, and not enough

Greetings were cery pleasant, room was spacious and clean. I would say that i was slightly disappointed with pool conditions as my family really looked forward to taking a dip.

Helpful staff. Nice room. Couldn’t use the pool - needs chemicals.

Dirty sheets. Green pool. Trash throughout flowerbeds and parking lot.

The property was so dirty that I could not stay. And the staff on duty was incredibly inept. If I could provide pictures I would because it was disgusting.

It was a good stay overall however they ran out of shower sized towels and we were offered the pool towels to use instead. Pool towels are 1/4 the size of a shower towel and not absorbent at all. Feels like a Brillo pad. The breakfast was pretty gross and a let down. The eggs were cold, the coffee was like warm at best and was way over portioned coffee grounds to water, the apple juice tasted like it had mold in it, and the bacon was half cooked. Breakfasts are normally pretty good at a Holiday Inn, not this one. I don’t think I would stay here again.

Facilities need an upgrade.

It was a great stay! Great staff! Everyone is friendly and make the stay comfortable.

I felt safe here. Very quiet. Room was very clean and sheets smelled like bleach. So you knew they were clean. Good tv. Pancakes were out of service but all other breakfast options were great! Elevator worked well. Great to bring pets! Great potty spot by the pool. Be sure to pick dog poop. All in all great place.

Stained shower curtain and some carpet stains.

The two night stay was great. Everyone on staff is friendly and welcoming.

Had a wonderful, relaxing stay. All staff were very welcoming.

Extremely clean and fresh rooms. Guest areas very very clean. A very comfortable experience. The rooms are configured well. Only one issue was the coffee maker must have had a faulty heating element. Cold water ran through the k-cup. I would say this is the best to stay while in Brady TX without a doubt.

Spoke to the front desk about the remote not working to change channels Went to downstairs to take the remote to exchange the guy tells me turn the tv with your finger because it’s not going to work to turn on but it will change the channel it didn’t work to change Channels I was very disappointed went to check out to ask for a discount she said no because I use a third party was very disappointed I will not go back to this Holiday inn express plus it was over 200 Dls per 1 night Brady Texas

Great front desk employees.

We did not get the room I booked. It was already taken. We requested 2 queen handicapped accessible. They did get us a roll away and don’t charge, but it was frustrating to not have the two beds we reserved. The staff was kind and breakfast was great.
