Always clean and plenty of parking. It's a basic but perfectly pleasant place to stay. Not exceptionally good but absolutely nothing to complain about.

Hotel exceeded my expectations

The welcome was excellent. The room was lovely, not sure if there was a wardrobe as I didn’t find one. Parking was well organised with plenty of room although not really sure it warrants £5 per night as it’s a private car park. Near to park and ride so that was appealing. All in all a great two days stay, thank you.

Clean , convenient and courteous

Jeg bodde her for 2 år siden og fikk nå en ny sjanse ifm biltur i England. Denne gangen fikk jeg tildelt et STORT rom som var FLOTT møblert 👍👍👍 Rommet hadde også en kjøkkendel med spisebord og alle hvitevarer som hører hjemme på et kjøkken, men ingenting var tilkoblet - selv ikke kjøleskapet 🤔🤔🤔 Imidlertid hadde dette ingen praktisk betydning for meg. Rommet var MEGET komfortabelt og koselig og de fleste nødvendige fasiliteter var tilgjengelig; TV Vannkoker med kaffe og te WIFI En kan også kjøpe kaffe og snacks fra automat i fellesområdet. Badet hadde også god størrelse ALT var meget godt rengjort og vedlikeholdt 👍👍👍 Bufetfrokost kan kjøpes i hovedbygningen (Ikke benyttet) Parkering skjer på området (inkludert) Stedet er omgitt av flotte turområder - ellers er det lite tilgjengelig i nærområdet - da er en avhengig av transport Stedet har rabattavtale med to serveringssteder der en kan kjøpe lunsj / middag og drikkevarer. Heller ikke denne gangen var personalet tilgjengelig bortsett ifm innsjekk 🤔🤔🤔

The annexe room were away from main hotel and were noisy Parking was very bad uneven difficult and a long way for a disabled person

Relaxing, comfortable stay in wonderful surroundings. Friendly staff, good breakfast.

The booking included a damages deposit which I was not aware of. It was at the very bottom of the booking page which nobody reads, this should have beeb at the top and made clear within the overall price. The shower was barely warm and very noisy, the rooms were old and shabby, there was some underfoot bits in the carpet.

Not used swimming pool.only visited bowls club Rooms and staff just the same good.

The room was small. The location is okay; takes about 15 min to walk to west Cambridge. But there are no sidewalks or proper traffic lights, so you have to walk a bit on a dirt road. Feel not very safe to walk after sunset. I moved to hotels in Eddington after the stay.

Despite the anticipation, travelers faced no hot water both in the evening and morning, suggesting limited capacity. Unfortunately, reception staff member's rude and arrogant attitude further marred the experience, highlighting a lack of basic courtesy.

Webs in the room. Good location for the price though.

The room was great - clean and warm. Only one small blemish - no shampoo or decent soap in the bathroom.
