Clean rooms and very friendly, helpful staff.

Very clean accommodations, staff was helpful and friendly, the food was amazing! We enjoyed this small, peaceful resort with a short forest like trail and several hot tubs.

The grounds are lush with tropical vegetation; pretty for strolling. Our room faced the gardens and had a spacious balcony with two chairs and a small table...nice view to wake up to every morning The room itself was very basic though and not well designed. Very little storage for clothes, no chair or table. Also no screens on the windows so we didn't feel comfortable keeping them open at night. Breakfast was good. Hotel is on the outskirts of town, no stores or other restaurants within walking distance. Uber is a quick 5-10 minute ride to town and cheap (around $5). We walked to Fortuna Waterfall from the hotel. About 40 minutes to get there since it's mostly uphill; going down was much faster. There is no sidewalk so must stay vigilant of traffic.

Casa Luna Hotel & Spa was a lovely place to stay. We especially enjoyed their spa service. It was rainy the entire time we were there so the spa was a great option. There were 3 people in our group & we booked 3 different spa experiences. We all loved the massages. The hot tubs were not hot at all. We wished that they were working better since the weather was so wet.

Decent property with a nice pool. The breakfast was really tasty and enjoyable. The room lighting could be improved. Also, there’s no full-length mirror in the room.

Overall, the stay was solidly good, but not great. There is misleading messaging regarding WiFi accommodations as these only reach into common areas, but this is not made known on Hotels.com nor their direct website, which created significant issues with my partner having to complete work during our trip. We additionally had issues during breakfast for dietary accommodations which made us feel like an inconvenience for the request. The room, grounds, nature trail, common areas, pool and tubs were all beautiful and everything was clean, well kept, and aesthetically pleasing. The hotel met our basic needs and allowed us to still have a nice trip together overall.

Clean room and excellent breakfast and restaurant staff was very helpful. Had a jacuzzi tub in room but no hot water even with jets on - no hot water ??? Specially the weather was cold. No door at Toilet .. little uncomfortable.. location was fine .

Everything was wonderful about the resort and the rooms. The staff was very accommodating and rooms were always very clean. Only exceptions are the beds are really hard and the couches are terrible, lumpy and broken in.

Spa and continental breakfast was great. Amazing service and quiet area. I would recommend 💯 . Very close to the town la Fortuna and great views of El chato mountain and Arenal volcano 🌋

Impeccable. There is also a mini trail. They grow some of their food and are eco-friendly. Did not do the spa treatment because I did not have time. But the breakfast buffet was spectacular. Pumpkin stew was amazing. The best cerviche was at Casa Luna. Also down the road there is a coffee shop called Nomada Coffee experience. Best coffee I have ever had and I am from New York where coffee is a serious situation. I felt the Pura Vida vibe. Four days was not enough so I must return. Staff gets 100%.

The rooms and entire facility were lovely, the staff very friendly and accommodating, and the food at the restaurant was incredible!

Very clean, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Location was great, close to all of our activities. The restaurant was also very good, ended up having dinner there two out of the four nights. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience, very convenient location. The only thing I have to say is that the restaurant is too expensive. Otherwise, a good place to stay, nearby must go places, and rooms 10/10
