Where do I start? I would give this hotel a "10" if it were an option. This hotel makes my "short list" of places I would stay at again in less than a heartbeat. The hotel is in the heart of center-city Brugge, easy to find, parking was on the street, but still easy to find. Althea was the sweetest preson to meet upon check-in (by far the easiest check-in EVER!!!!). George theBear in his little terry robe waiting on the bed was such a heart-warming touch! Room was not large, but it was perfectly fine for our needs. AC was amazing!!!!!! The mattress????? Awesome-ness to sleep upon. The breakfast? Beautiful bone china settings awaited you in the breakfast room, it was a small buffet with homemade goodness and MIMOSAS!!!!! We will be back..........

Lovely staff. Room nice but had no window to the outside, and had a broken shower never fixed in 4 days. Nice breakfast selection and wonderful location.

Nice room. A little tight. Bathroom was tiny and had to sit sideways on the toilet. Otherwise, comfortable bed and pleasant staff. Very quiet. Close to the square.

The breakfast was a little cold for the foggy morning, the room was to small and they didn’t change the towels, shampoo and body lotion, terrible

Una estancia placentera y confortable, muy bien ubicada, limpia y cómoda, su personal atento y agradable, siempre dispuestos a ayudarte, inicialmente no teníamos desayuno incluido, por lo que al hacer el “check-in”, lo ofrecieron, la verdad muy bueno, típico de los bufetes europeos, pero con lo necesario para tomar energías para conocer Brujas!!!, una recomendación extra, el Restaurante que se encuentra al lado, en la esquina, típica comida Belga 100 recomendable, buena sazón y buen precio 👍

Receptionist was friendly and funny, WiFi was fine, didn’t try the breakfast, rooms were charming and comfortable. Hotel is very well located, only a very short walk to the central square.

FANTASTIC PROPERTY! Nicole and staff are nothing but exceptional and great at what they do. From the check in to check out , they make yiu feel like yoire home and very welcoming! Thanks Nicole for an amazing stay! Will definitely be back soon!

Where to start? The front receptionist was so helpful and dedicated to helping guests feel at home. Our room was attractive, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was way more than expected with both hot and cold items. The mimosas put the frosting on the cake. Then the location……..just off the main square, it was quieter and convenient to everything one would need for full walking access all around Bruges. I would highly recommend this hotel for guests that want to feel at home and well taken care of.

Beautiful and clean room, staff very friendly and helpful. We haven’t had breakfast but I saw the breakfast room prepared for the morning with lovely fine china.

Hotel Biskajer is in a great location, next to the burg, easily walkable to all interest points, Belfry, Church of Our Lady, Beguinage, Basilica of the Holy Blood, Almshouses, etc. The hotel is beautifully decorated with lace curtains, china tea cups and more. The optional breakfast buffet is in a beautiful room. While I don’t usually enjoy breakfast, the ambiance is worth it. As an extra treat, we received a bag of cookies as we checked out. We are towards the end of our European trip. We only spent two nights at Hotel Biskajer and this was the first hotel that cleaned our room during our stay. I would definitely return to Hotel Biskajer and will recommend it to our family and friends.
