Bra hotell för ett bra pris.

5ieme année , Résidence idéalement située à 2 pas de la Croisette et de la rue d'Antibes (commerces). Belle piscine et nombreux transats. Merci au personnel.

Posizione ottima, silenziosa, pulita, prezzo giusto, piscina, posteggio pulitissimo, personale disponibile. Unica pecca riscontrata, il divano letto non troppo comodo.

Mangel an durche Seife und Spülmittel

This "hotel" was dirty and not as described. Spider webs all over and the kitchen tools was not clean (see the pictures). The duvet cover had yellow stains on it. Worst experience I´ve ever had at a hotel, and can´t believe this is supposed to be a 4 star. They couldn´t give me an extra towel for my hands, had to pay extra. And no handsoap or anything. Got one toilet paper for the whole stay. You also need to clean after your stay, take the garbage, the towels, fin the bed and so on, if not you also have to pay 80 euros. Great location! But im never coming back to this hotel

We had another lovely stay at the resideal residence. the staff were very friendly. The location is excellent. Would stay again.

Das Parkhaus ist sehr eng und abenteuerlich

The location was the biggest highlight of the stay. Its important to remind yourself that it is more an apartment than a hotel, cleaning must be done before you leave which includes taking rubbish and stripping the beds which in my opinion was very strange. The apartment is as clean as the family before you left it I think… if we strip the beds and clean what else are the cleaning crew going to do. There are also no towel cleaning services and I think its £5 for a new towel. You must have a credit card and put down 200 when you arrive, which is not something everyone necessarily has. In general staff were very attentive and kind, easy to communicate with.

Lille badeværelse

Tiefgarage sehr eng mein auto (eklasse) hat nicht ins parkplatz gepasst. Ein vw golf oder ähnliches würde passen was größer ist passt auf keinen fall ind die tiefgarage. Die wollen das du zimmer sauber abgibs aber sauber bekommst du es nicht. Ansonsten lage ist top.

Super beliggenhed, tæt på alt: byliv, strand, restauranter, indkøb. Lejligheder er lidt slidt. Høflig og hjælpsom personale.

We had a very nice stay at the property. The staff was helpful and courteous. Location- excellent! In the heart of the city, still quiet at night. As other people have mentioned, it would be helpful to have beach towels available and towel change, as well as a cleaning service at least every 3 days, but we have done our research so it was not be a disturbance.

Studielejligheden for to personer var slidt men ok. Der kunne dog være gjort bedre rent i krogene, og gulvet var ikke vasket rent. Den indendørs garage er pæn, men MEGET snæver, hvis du kommer i en stor bil, kan det være svært at komme rundt om hjørnerne uden at få ridser. Beliggenheden er til gengæld genial i forhold til stranden - lige bag ved Carlton Hotel. Stille og roligt på hotellet og i omgivelserne.

Roligt hotel. Fin beliggenhed tæt på promenaden og supermarkeder. En studio egner sig bedst til en person. Rent. Venligt personale.

Mycket bra läge. Väldigt fin trädgård. Lite trångt rum. Köksredskap behöver bytas ut.
